Even more concerning, you cannot book highlights as a standalone service online. The system requires you to bundle it with a haircut or another service in order to schedule an appointment. This limits flexibility and feels like mandatory upselling rather than optional add-ons clearly presented upfront. Highlights alone run around $200 and that's before surprise fees. The pricing feels deceptive. If you're okay with hidden charges and mandatory add-ons, go ahead. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that respects your time and wallet.

They have tea and water and a variety of sweet or salty snacks as well. The staff are always super professional and it is a very relaxing day all around. They also have a retail shop upfront where you can buy a variety of clothing, candles, and other hair and body treatment items. They do a good job making recommendations of products for you to use, should you wish to continue usage at home. I did a massage today, 80 minutes at $185. I do wish they would come to Phoenix!!!
