Last visit 2 days later, the frontal lifted from ear to ear and since she will not return calls. Maybe SHE will never tell, but I will. SHE RIPPED ME OFF! Save your money and time. I know things happen so I gave her the opportunity to make revisions multiple times. This is my first experience with hair replacement but I have seen the results of other "specialist" in the field. I kept waiting to see that look on me. My bought hair is fabulous the tracks are tight and the hair lays perfectly. The frontal looks like a bad wig. No baby hair, no transitioning from forehead to full head of hair. This last visit, she taped and glued the frontal. The taped rolled up and the glue failed within 4 days. I do not sweat a lot and I have not done any working out since I got my hair (it costs too much to sweat it out exercising). When cleaning my forehead with alcohol (after the frontal glue failed) I found the edges around my ear was glued directly to my own hair, not to my scalp... MY HAIR. I have about 1/8 of my original hair and now she glued the frontal to my last bit of hair? I am making daily temporary repairs until I can find a competent and caring professional. Why do Black people continuously fail Black business patrons? We had an agreement you handle my hair needs and I will pay as we agreed. Now, you know that you performed so poorly that you cannot even address your failures? YOU should not be in business. You should not be allowed to continue to solicit business from the unknowing public unchecked. I read other reviews. We had vastly different experiences. I wish I shared their satisfaction but I don't. Buyer should ALWAYS beware and in this case forewarned. I think my interest should stay in the inner city with Sisters who do this all day, everday with plenty of pictures of current clients. Show up one day to watch them work on someone else. I paid far too much for this result and certainly this kind of customer service.....remember it is a "people business" serving the customer is primary.

If you are not techy you can schedule ahead of time after every appointment. The products they sell are amazing and reasonably priced. If you want a complimentary glass of wine, cup of tea or French press coffee it will always be offered. The salon esthetic is inviting. Lofty ceilings with an industrial modern feel. There are eclectic touches of old and new all softened with the use of plants and tons of natural light.
