He also purchased, what I think are iced sugar cookies, that the white icing was much the same as the oatmeal cream pie. The sugar cookie itself, plain Jane with no icing was actually pretty good. The vanilla flavor that comes through is quite nice. It was also light and airy, but a little too thin in my opinion. I loved that the avocado toast came with beet hummus and a bunch of veggies. Seraphim brews Salina-local Blacksmith coffee, and the cold brew I ordered was excellent, although they only offer cow milk (no non-dairy options). Highly recommend stopping by when you are in town!
