Found this little gem during a quick trip to Hesston last week so I decided to go through the drive-thru. So happy I made that decision. Their regular menu looked wonderful and they also had an extensive seasonal menu. They also have food and milk substitutes The service at the drive-through window was exceptional and she was very kind and friendly. I cannot remember the name of the drink I ordered, but I know it had salted caramel, cinnamon and pumpkin. It was not your average pumpkin spice latte. It was a step above! The flavors, the aroma, everything about this coffee made my day. I also ordered the ooey gooey pumpkin butter bar. If you think about the size of a regular dessert bar versus this, not only was this about the size of two you might normally get elsewhere, but the quality and the taste let you know this thing was homemade and made with love. I'm not afraid to make longer road trips for great places, especially when it comes to coffee or food. I will definitely be back to try more and to visit the inside which looks adorable. Stopped in our way back to Texas from Nebraska to get some caffeine and breakfast and to use the lue. Bathrooms were clean and the owner was a pleasure to talk to. I had a latte - but it's gotta be hot. It was good. Not too nutty. By far the best thing there are the scones. Not as dry as typical and delightfully stuffed. I could have eaten three. On a road trip back to Denver and found this little gem by chance. Excellent staff! About 4-5 tables inside, cute decorations inside and out for the holiday season. Smells amazing when you walk in the door. Husband got a dark roast (4*) coffee and breakfast burrito (5*). He said it had fresh ingredients and was very tasteful. I love Lincoln Perk! I just wish I lived closer. Today I ordered an iced 20 oz latte, skim milk with sugar free hazelnut and the young lady behind the counter made it to perfection. I also had a piece of their breakfast casserole. Chunks of sausage, eggs and cheese on a flaky crust. Killer! My friend tried the sausage bierox and loved it. I enjoy the decor of the place. I just had one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! We swung through the drive thru for breakfast as we headed out of town and nothing disappointed. What I was most intrigued by was the Girl Scout Cookie-inspired baked goods (of which I didn't partake due in part to it being March Madness and my current diet consisting of pizza, wings, and microbrews at night, which results in my not eating anything during the day to atone for my crappy habits). Really cute independent coffee shop in a place where chains like Starbucks are all too abundant! The home-made food is delicious, the chairs are comfortable (I know b/c I spent many hours studying here), and the employees are incredibly nice...you can tell that they really care!
