The salespeople here were helpful and I found something I really liked-- it seems they're running a 50% off promo on a lot of their sarees so it came out to a very affordable total. They also make custom sari blouses here-- we tried every store on Oak Tree Road and they were the only ones willing to do so, and they also had some ready made cotton blouses. The tailor they use does a great job, I'm very happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning here in the future.

The overall span of the place (no matter how you look at it) is a warehouse with fairly harsh lighting that could give you a headache after a while. I usually walk out of here with at least a pair of shoes - and I did just that! I actually found boots that will contour to my muscular calves! Wow! Thank you! FINALLY! The cash register lines vary from visit to visit and range from, "Hey! There's no line!" to "There is no fcuking way I am gonna stand on that line that's wrapping around four times!" It is dark, musty and you really have to dig through racks to find treasures. The prices are also higher than TJ's, I think that is what made them go out of business, but they do have more high end brands like Moschino and Miu Miu. Worth the look, I would recommend leaving your husband at home as this can take some serious time to go through. Also, no more returns, so make sure you love what you are buying!

She also listens to awesome music while you shop! The place also isn't overwhelming which is actually a refreshing feeling. There are two wracks - one is designer pieces she picks up to resell (at reasonable prices) and the other is a wrack of vintage clothes (all SUPER adorable). There are other accessories there, from belts, to head bands and scarfs, to shoes and bags, to jewelry. Tucked in the corner of the store is a dressing room too. Best of all, the selection changes throughout the week, as she is constantly updating her collection. The best part is there is a discount wrack outside and a $1 box - I scored a cute skirt and a cute travel bag in this overflowing treasure chest. Overall: what a sweet place to shop and I commend her for having such a fun store. Sadly I am a true thrifter and I rarely splurge on clothes, so I am waiting for the right dress out of her lovely selection to buy. Despite the red carpet leading through the door, no other customers were in the store on a Saturday afternoon. Employee came over and asked what I was looking for. I needed a blazer, as I was in town for a wedding and had forgotten mine when packing. I told him. His response: "Ahh, a blazer. Well, how about we look at suits? A handsome man like you should get matching pants. I've got some over here starting around $800." *gestures to rack* Me: "No I've got pants. Just need the blazer. And that's outside my price range." Him: "We have lovely Italian suits of all kinds that you will love." Me: "No I just need the blazer." Him: "What do you want to spend?" I told him. Then he let me know they didn't have anything that would work for me because (he says) everything in the store was fine Italian (read other reviewers' reviews to learn more on this) and too pricy. He recommended a few other stores nearby. I'm not offended by this - I truly appreciate the honesty. I'd rather neither of us waste our time. That said, the sales approach is odd. Without knowing my price range, my size/what was available in my size, or color/pattern I was looking for, the gentleman started pushing a specific suit on me.....which, not to belabor the point, wasn't addressing my clearly-stated need for a blazer. I felt like I wasn't being listened to - which generally doesn't motivate a buyer. Hopefully this is not normal. I was here once and this was my experience, though. In summation, my time here was very short, and wasn't pleasant, though, I appreciate the honesty at the end of the conversation and the recommendations for other shops. THAT need was actually addressed.

This store is a ripoff!!! Currently they are going out of business (i'm not even sure if that's…read moretrue or not) so they have all these "fine Italian suits" for sale. The guy Avi is a real hustler and very aggressive salesman - you might have walked in trying to look at a belt and he's trying to get you to buy a suit. Here's why you should't buy from this store - 1) the suits don't even say where they are manufactured (i.e. made in italy or china etc). That's suspicious 2) I bought cufflinks there for 50 bucks (apparently they retail for "150 or 200"). Guess what? I found them on amazon for new for 12.99!! 3) One of the shirts I bought was called Joseph Bach - that brand doesn't even exist! The only time I found it was on ebay for a used shirt for SIX DOLLARS. Hardly a premium italian shirt? I actually bought a suit, cufflinks and shirt from him but after I found out I was ripped off, I actually went back the next day and confronted him in the middle of the store with his customers in plain sight asking for my money back and showing him proof that he ripped me off. I (luckiliy) was able to get a refund back so I'm happy but their policy is supposed to be final sale so buyer beware!!!
