I had such a great experience bringing my dog here for grooming. The staff was very friendly,…read morepatient, and professional from the moment we walked in. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them. When I picked my dog up, I was so happy with how the grooming turned out. The haircut looked clean and even, the face was shaped so nicely, and my dog smelled amazing. You can really tell they pay attention to the little details and care about the pets they work with. The salon itself was also very clean and organized, and everyone I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. My dog seemed comfortable and happy after the appointment, which is always very important to me. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back for future grooming appointments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring groomer!

My kitten had a great experience today!…read more It was Rifle's first grooming ever, and Qutie Pets Grooming treated her so well and with so much patience. They also gave me detailed feedback on how she did during the bath and sent me some lovely photos, which I really appreciated. They also did a great job trimming the fur around her butt exactly as I requested, so she won't get poop stuck there anymore! The price was very reasonable too. The only small concern was that they were pretty busy around noon, so I waited about 10 minutes at pickup and there were quite a few dogs barking. Rifle came home a little tired, but she quickly became energetic and playful again, as kittens always do. And she smells AMAZING! Booking was super easy too. I made the appointment yesterday afternoon and was able to bring her in this morning. We'll be back in a couple of months!

I'm very disappointed with my dog's grooming experience. Her ear was cut by the clippers, and a…read moreveterinarian confirmed that she had an ear laceration. What upset me most was that the groomers did not tell me she had been injured. I should have been informed immediately. They did apologize, refund the grooming charge, and pay the veterinary bills, which I appreciate. However, that does not erase the pain my poor dog suffered or the distress of seeing her hurt. She did not deserve to go through this. Accidents can happen, but honest communication and proper care are essential when we trust someone with our pets. The injury and the failure to notify me have shaken my confidence in this business. I'm sharing photos so others can see what happened.

Helen is wonderful with our skittish Chow Chow. He's very selective about the people he trusts, and I'm happy to say that Helen is one of them. The fact that she doesn't keep them in kennels and keeps the process quick was the biggest blessing since my baby doesn't like being locked up and has separation anxiety. Your dog will look so cute after but most importantly will have a positive experience, and that is the best thing for any dog parent.
