Our very large cat Maui had his first bathing experience today. He is shedding like crazy. This mobile grooming service showed up at the appointment time, immediately started service and was gentle with maui's first time. 1 hour later, service done, and payment complete. Looking forward to future business. read more

We have Kelly groom our fur baby for almost two years, and we would definitely recommend her! She is professional, and most importantly, super patient with our dog. After each groom session, Kelly will explain to us if there's any issue she noticed of our dog, and where our dog had knots so I know where to brush her more on a daily basis. We will continue working with her since we now have another puppy joining the family! read more

Kelly was great! Professional and personable. I couldn't believe there was such a pretty dog underneath my puppies hair. Kelly gave her the perfect haircut. I have a 18 yr old kitty who recently got fleas from astray dog that came to us. We took her to our vet who suggested giving her a bath. She is a nice cat but can be moody and my husband and I were at loss as to what to do. I contacted many places and the most place did not deal with cats. When I contacted savvy mobile grooming, she told me that she would try. While my cat was being groomed, I was so nervous. But to my surprise, Kelly was able to groom my cat, and my cat looks GREAT!! I was sooo thankful for savvy mobile grooming read more

Kelly also bathed my dog and did a clean and tidy. He came out looking so cute and fluffy. She is great at giving advice to keep my dog's face clean until the next grooming appointment (a Shih Tzu with lots of eye boogies) I am so happy I found my mobile groomer. We love Savvy grooming! Our dog is always so happy after she gets groomed and she used to hate getting groomed. Kelly does an excellent job every single time and has made our dog feel comfortable with her from the beginning. She takes her time and is very precise with her work. I will say she can be late sometimes which I'm assuming it's because she's booked busy throughout the day but she's very communicative about when she'll be coming. Overall, such a professional and excellent business! Totally recommend! read more

Don't go around calling me abusive when you've done wrong, unless you want me to come at you for defamation. You posted this on an online database which is often seen, and that is wrong. This shows your level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. If you continue and dont take that down, im likely to foolow up on that. Kelly, you need to be professional, and not cast separating statements about you clients. Shame on you. read more

Savvy mobile grooming provided a great experience! They responded to my inquiry as soon as time provided, they answered all my questions and were flexible with scheduling even in this heat wave! They even followed up to confirm the night prior and communicated the day of on their arrival. I found her to be patient and knowledgeable about my breed and gentle with my puppers! They came out of the truck calm and not scared at all, which I've seen in them in other situations. I'm grateful for this experience and highly recommend their services! We have been using this mobile groomer for a couple of years now. First with our senior dog and now with our puppy. Kelly is always sweet and professional. Highly recommend. Make sure you text for availability as sometimes she can (understandably) get busy. Alfredo is a bit spoiled, so I know he must be a brat while getting groomed. My Pomeranians received grooming services from Savvy Mobile Grooming and it was an easy and pleasant experience for myself and my furbabies! One is very squirmy and the other has Little Dog Syndrome which made me very nervous about their first grooming experience. However, after speaking to them they made me feel very comfortable. My Pom with Little Dog Syndrome actually didn't show any aggression and was completely comfortable. It was a VIP experience and was extremely satisfied. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy with your furbabies. You won't regret it! read more

I've known Kelly for years her work is amazing. Her passion for dogs and their safety is one of the highest in the industry. Her name sake is Savvy and the creative grooms are top notch. We've been using Kelly for well over 5 years now and now she won't groom unless we book every 6 weeks. Which we find unprofessional and our pups don't need grooming that often. 8-10 weeks is very doable. In addition, she is often up to 2 hours+ late, and often her truck breaks down which makes her even later. We felt her curt message telling us she won't book us any longer unless we book every 6 weeks was very unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

Virtually non existent communication on their part. Booked an appointment over a week in advance. Did not receive any confirmation the day before or day of. Called on a Saturday hoping for a miracle for our badly shedding Shiba. Luckily Kelly was able to accommodate us and wash and groom our other furry friends. I think we found our girl..!! My Lucy was pretty matted after our last grooming we were kinda traumatized so it had been a long time since she was groomed. Kelly came out was a tad bit late but kept me informed that she was running behind and let me know when she was on her way. My little Lucy had to get shaved down and Kelly also informed me of things to look out for as far as after care. Lucy and I will see Kelly monthly for a bath and a trim and we are excited about it..!!! Thank you Kelly :) read more

I appreciated the communication we had while scheduling a day for my dog to get groomed. She took care of my dog and gave honest prices.

She did an amazing job! She really knew how to handle my cat and trim her nails, aka daggers. And since it's a pain to get my cat in a carrier to take her to a grooming shop, it was so convenient to have Savvy Mobile Grooming come to my home and take care of it in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely be using her services again! read more

Where do I begin? So, for starters, I checked the reviews here before calling. You know how it is. You're dealing with an animal that is practically (or actually) your family, so the best groomer with a track record is key, right? So, first off, thank you to all the previous people posting reviews. I made the appointment for a Friday morning (today actually). They arrived at 11am exactly, were extremely courteous and attentive to my needs and the needs of my cat. My cat got a bath, cleaning all over, a comb-over and a blow dry, along with a nail clipping. The price was completely reasonable, even after the tip. She was done in about 45 minutes. Customer service was top notch and I'll be calling them again for the next visit. Thank you Savvy Mobile Grooming! You're awesome! read more

First time trying kelly and I have to say she did an amazing job. Just check out the pictures yourself! My dog boba isn't the ideal dog if you know what I mean. It takes an army just to give her a bath at home! But Kelly was so patient with Boba and her skills exceeded my expectations! Professionalism: came on time at 11:30 she asked me the basic questions on what I wanted as far as a cut goes. I think I rambled on and on not sure exactly what I was looking for, but Kelly was very patient with me as well. She listened to what I said took my list of what I was looking for and transformed boba into a cutie pie Price: it was $65 but I used the Yelp check in offer so it because $60+$10(tip)=$70 I know it's slightly pricey, well for me since I'm still a student with just a part time job. However you honestly get your money's worth with Kelly. She is worth every dollar I work hard for because I can tell she genuinely cares about our pets. It seriously shows in her work. Most groomers just do it for the money and it's like cut wham next pet and they don't care about the outcome or if our pets is treated well throughout the process. Besides how convenient is it that she comes to you so it saves you time to drive out to the groomers. Anyways I'm sure you can tell that I'm Super happy I found her on Yelp thanks to the fellow yelpers and their positive experience! Side note: don't be shy just give her a call and leave a message if she doesn't pick up. Super friendly and sweet, answered all my questions and responded within a day from my call. read more

Excellent service and an excellent job! I needed a very last minute cut on my long hair tuxedo cat and I got a very convenient appointment on the day I called. Communication about my appointment time and how close she would arrive to my time was very open and accurate. She arrived right on time, and I forgot my house doesn't have street numbers but she found me with no trouble! I didn't really know what my cat would need but all the options were explained thoroughly and the price was right, as well as the convenience. Had my little baby groomed today and I gotta say, I am very happy with how she turned out. My little Cleo is so activate so anytime she got washed at home, keep in mind she had very long hair she would would immediately get dirty. She loves to roll around in dirt. So I had to get her groomed! She was already 4 months past due. My original groomers did not have openings all week so I decided to go with a mobile groomer and it was the best decision! Kelly took care of our little baby. And she's all sparkling new again. read more
