Since that time we groomed her ourselves and honestly, we did an awful job. Well Groom Pets was recommended to us buy a neighbor but we had little faith in it working out. I dropped her off and waited for the call telling us that she isn't cooperating and to please come pick her up. 2 hr 15 min later I get a call that she was all done. Walked in the door and she looked stunning. The groomer was so sweet and said that she did amazing. Not only did she look great, the detail and specific request about paws, legs and visor were done EXACTLY the way I requested. Seriously, this place blew me away.

My boys look amazing!…read more I have an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador Retriever. They're both big dogs, and neither one is exactly known for making a groomer's job easy. DHDC Mobile Pet Grooming absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the beginning, communication was excellent. I received text messages confirming my appointment window ahead of time, and on the day of my appointment they even let me know the groomer might be running a little behind. Ironically, he wasn't behind at all. I was given a two-hour arrival window of 3:00-5:00 p.m., and Corey arrived right around 4:00. That's about as perfect as you can ask for. The biggest reason we'll continue using DHDC, however, is Corey himself. My Australian Shepherd has previously been labeled as "aggressive" by other groomers when handling his paws and underbelly. Naturally, I asked Corey how he did. His response? "No aggression. He just got a little restless and wanted to lay down." That told me everything I needed to know. Waylon wasn't a problem dog. He just needed someone patient enough to work with him. Both of our boys look fantastic, but our Aussie required the most attention. Between the Grinch paws, the leg feathers, and enough rear-end fluff to qualify for its own ZIP code, he had plenty of work ahead of him. Corey cleaned him up beautifully while still keeping that classic Aussie look. All in all, the dogs are happy, I am happy, and our air purifiers are happy. I've already booked their maintenance grooming, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.

So as their customer, we are stuck until we know the time and by then it's too late for us to schedule other appointments. I understand the 2 hour window timeframe due to travel, traffic and perhaps longer sessions with the fur baby customer, however I explained the morning works best for us because both times we had late appointments, the equipment had mechanical issues and canceled our appointment, so wasted our entire day. The customers supporting their business deserves clear communication and specific dates with a timeframe at the time of scheduling. We have moved on with a more dependable company and the appointment date and time is what you receive.

Her tail is totally raw underneath (even before scooting) and she is in pain; acting like a totally different dog...it is absolutely heart breaking. She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated. She also has a cut on her leg from this visit and I am extremely upset and disappointed. $89 for this and now probably a $1000 vet visit too. Do better.

Avoid this dog salon like the plague!!!…read more First off, the groomer who did my dad's dog was terrible, and the "cut" was something I could do. She was there for 3 hours, and all they did was shave her because they claimed the matts she had were "so bad." Then when I demanded a refund to the manager there who was also the groomer who shaved her, she told me there was nothing she could do over the phone and the owner was the only one. Why are you a store manager if you're not able to refund someone? But besides that, I thought she looked fine at first, and once in my car, she kept her head down low and wouldn't even look at me. She was shaved and burned on her stomach. I asked other groomers around and they all told me that it looks like she was burned because the groomer didn't know what she was doing and didn't change the hot blade often or take breaks and it burned her skin. Also, if it was so bad according to the groomer that she needed to be shaved, when I said specifically NOT to shave her at drop off, why wasn't I called and told that she might "need" to be shaved and asked if I wanted that done before doing something that I didn't ask. She had such gorgeous fur, and now it's not going to grow back the same. The owner here is also terrible. I finally got my refund, but like a week later, after bugging her to get it together. Every day, it was another excuse as to why she couldn't, and she would let me know the next day and the next day. So unprofessional. The owner also threatened me in chat messages saying that if I write reviews, she'll post my name and personal address and phone number to let people know I "abuse my dog" just because she came in matted. It happens, and dogs will be dogs. She's my dad's responsibility and doesn't even live with me, so that's not my fault, and the owner knew this. I should've known not to bring my dads dog in when I did because I brought my dog in before, like 4 months before this, and he looked sad coming home, and his fur was uneven everywhere. It was like the groomers didn't even know how to cut properly. Such a waste! Don't go here!
