Also nice that they accept paint which cannot be disposed of in the normal trash. They open early at 7 AM so you can get there and still be able to do other things with your day. I even went once before work and had no problems getting in and out. They will allow you to leave up to 20 gallons, which is nice, I had about 12 to dispose of and they took them all without any issues. It is very well organized and easy to get into. They have separate locations set up for appliance disposal TV disposal regular recycling and scrap metal. It was easy to navigate back-and-forth and drop things at the proper locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it is only open to Baltimore county residents and I had just moved from another county I thought I was gonna have a hard time since my license still had my old address. I brought a copy of my mortgage statement and they allow me to dump everything I needed to dump. Hopefully it's not a place that I will have to frequent, but at least it was not a bad experience.

You do have to show identification when disposing of bulk trash at the dump. The people who scan your ID are very pleasant and always greet you.

I have the thought of junking a totally useful piece of furniture, but what can you do?! My partner was looking for assistance hauling out some stuff and came across Cousins Hauling & Clean-Out on Yelp. She relayed the information and, problem solved. I reached out to them on a Thursday night while at work. By Friday morning they had already responded and we worked out a pick-up for Saturday morning. That's quick! You can go through the prompts on Yelp to get a quote. And what was quoted was exactly what I paid. Saturday morning they contacted me to relay the pick-up prior to mine turned out to be more than expected and they would be a bit late. I've gotta give it to them, they called 3 times. My phone was on silent so they wanted to make sure the new arrival time was okay. And in the end, they arrived earlier then that. They came in, wore masks, and made quick work of removing my couch. It was quick and painless. I paid with a credit card and had the receipt texted to my phone. They were professional, pleasant, and apologized for being late.
