(I'm autistic and this is important to me) He wasn't pushy and basically let me sell it to myself. After the purchase was said and done he made sure everything was perfect. Seems like he even checked the intonation. Iv bought a lot of guitars and no one has ever done that. So Bill is awesome. Definitely would go back to buy another guitar.

Fast forward 2 months and my son is complaining now that his skills have increased and his private instructor said to get it checked out. We dropped a light inside in a dark room and there is light everywhere with the keys closed. If you press really hard you can get rid of most but not all of the light. Paying Ted Brown $225 to get a couple new pads, a hole leveled, and a couple bent keys fixed. My son has babied this thing so I know it's not new damage. I doubt they actually looked at it. Buyer beware. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase, just won't be going here for servicing.

A few days ago - 9 months later, I receive an e mail that the drum was shipped to my address, which was not my address but a friend's in California where I was staying briefly. The drum arrived and they charged my card. I immediately called and told them of the situation. They concurred that in fact I had canceled it and that shipping made a mistake and that I would be hearing from a supervisor regarding a refund. Its been 4 days, three phone calls and promises to send me e mails to reflect my conversation with two different reps, to no avail. I told them It was their error and that my refund for a transaction I did not authorize was not predicated upon them receiving their drum back. It was not my responsibility and to promptly return the money that was illegally taken from my account. I have yet to hear back from anyone, so I am going to my bank to report the company and hopefully get my funds replaced and let the banks Fraud and protection team take care of the matter. I will never deal with this company again. It has been a waste of time for me dealing with their mistake. No communication, no apology and no follow up. Unbeleivable. And these companies wonder why Amazon has supplanted them.

They obviously do this for a living but it's so amazing to see people be able to look at an instrument and understand it so quickly. As someone that is just learning a violing i really appreciated that they took the time to look over my random instriment and recommend a few fixes and explained why they were important. Some things can wait as I am just learning in my free time but others like a separating fingerboard are important for playing in general so it was nice to be guided a bit on their necessity. Ultimately it is my decision what to fix and took them up on the fingerboard and it looks great! Really love it. I was also surprised that they cleaned my case.
