Fast forward 2 months and my son is complaining now that his skills have increased and his private instructor said to get it checked out. We dropped a light inside in a dark room and there is light everywhere with the keys closed. If you press really hard you can get rid of most but not all of the light. Paying Ted Brown $225 to get a couple new pads, a hole leveled, and a couple bent keys fixed. My son has babied this thing so I know it's not new damage. I doubt they actually looked at it. Buyer beware. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase, just won't be going here for servicing.

Sales person Francisco was great, sale had just ended but display case still had the sale price so he honored it like all stores should. By the way, this little Fender Mustang Micro is an amazing little guitar headphone amp & it's rechargeable instead of eating up batteries...

I contend that if the face of their company is so inept as to damage an instrument while removing a mouthpiece, how can they be trusted any further.

My daughters are all in piano and my littles picked up an additional instrument. My daughter is learning flute and loves it, even if right now it is just a year of learning to blow correctly. My five (now six) year old picked up drums and will randomly start beating a tune using different surfaces where ever we find ourselves. She is hearing music in everything around her. Music 1st/Tuned In also demonstrates grace when I have mommy meltdowns, when I am late on payment because I am waiting on paid medical, and when I try to work the schedule around a second job. It is a little cramped in that big house, but it is a house of love in our family. I can't thank you enough.

They obviously do this for a living but it's so amazing to see people be able to look at an instrument and understand it so quickly. As someone that is just learning a violing i really appreciated that they took the time to look over my random instriment and recommend a few fixes and explained why they were important. Some things can wait as I am just learning in my free time but others like a separating fingerboard are important for playing in general so it was nice to be guided a bit on their necessity. Ultimately it is my decision what to fix and took them up on the fingerboard and it looks great! Really love it. I was also surprised that they cleaned my case. Because I just got it, I hadn't taken the time to clean the inside yet and was pleasantly surprised to see it had been cleaned. Feels like a nice personal touch 10/10.
