My 10 year old has been taking guitar lessons from Joey for 2 years now and it has truly been a perfect fit. Joey has really tried to choose music to keep my son's interest, but at the same time challenge him past what he feels comfortable with. Jammin' Music Studios is pretty much the best group of musically talented teachers you can find. Joey has taught me guitar for about 2 and a half years and I have learned so much since I started. My family is always so amazed at how fast he's teaching me and how much I'm learning. Melina is also an amazing person for teaching my little sister so much about classical and modern piano. I've just started taking voice lessons from Lori Green and she is absolutely fenominal! She is so encouraging and fun. I love coming up every week to see how much farther and farther she can take me. My son Anthony who is 6 has been in guitar lessons now 7 months. He looks forward to learning new songs each week. He listens to his stereo and then asks Joey if he can learn some of the songs he really likes. Joey will simplify songs so that they still sound like the song but so that my son can play them. my guitar teacher for over 2 years. I like how he teaches. You can pick what you want to play. One of my favorites things we do is music theory.
