They called me back right when they opened and said they could see my urgently sick turtle in 30 minutes. I rushed there from O'Fallon, IL and was seen immediately. They were SO kind and they were great with my turtle. The vet and the vet techs truly went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I'm hoping my turtle gets better so I don't have to go back for a while, but I know if he needs to go that he is in the best hands. The prices were reasonable (even for X-rays and medications), no wait time, and they were more than willing to see my turtle. 10/10 cannot recommend them enough. I am so grateful for this exotic animal hospital. Edit: I've been twice in the past few weeks and they are WONDERFUL. They found a way to work us into their schedule on the Thursday after Christmas, found an obstruction in his intestine through an ultrasound by that afternoon, and performed successful surgery to remove the object the next day. They kept us notified of Norman's progress every day (even through the weekend) until we were able to bring him home the following Monday. It's a tough process for anybody to have to go through, both emotionally and financially. I found the entire staff my family dealt with to be courteous, professional, and totally understanding of our concerns for our dog. When it was all said and done, the cost was also significantly less than I'd figured it would be. Norm is now at home recuperating and doing great. They saved his life.

I had heard mixed things about this vet clinic from people I had only recently met. I checked around other places and prices and this was the cheapest. So I went. I've been taking my animals here for 3 years now with no complaints. No one is pushy here trying to make me buy things that are unnecessary. They take care of my animals and are reasonable about it. My two dogs have since passed away and I have a younger one again. They have neutered him, kept him up to date on vaccines and helped with a skin issue. They claim she "squeezed out of the cage" and that someone left doors open. Complete and utter negligence and incompetence by this business. Their timeline also keeps changing. Originally she was said to have gone missing yesterday evening, but now they are claiming a storm the night prior spooked her. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE, they are not to be trusted and have no concern for the livelihood or safety of your animals. Update: it's been a whole day and Tammy and staff have not made any attempts to rectify the situation. She made my mom drive over 20 minutes to go wonder around the woods after they heard of a potential spotting. Where was Tammy and staff?
