When i came to…read morethis vet i told them about this and they said that this is total care and that they would not turn away a kick pet. Everything was fine until my dog injured her paw. They usually dont answer the phone and my luppy was screaming in agony. So i drove there and left my puppy in the car with my kids and told thwm my dog has an injured paw and needs to be seen. This new receptionist told me they dont see injured animals. Basically told me off. The vets are good but the service if terrible! You are not total care, u 'never see injured animals' and you usually dont answer the phone. Would not recommend at all. And also just an FYI....they cost more than any vet Ive ever been to. Im willing to pay for top notch care....but u will not get there here. Stay away!!!

I made an appointment online at this location because my dog is desperately due for his vaccines…read more When I got there one of the older receptionists couldn't find my appointment. I clearly remember making the appointment online and writing down their address because I can be forgetful at times (there could be a possibility that I booked it wrong online). I was not upset because things happen but she did not even offer to make a replacement appointment. I had to ask myself and she proceeded to schedule. I asked if I could get a reminder card and she said yes. She just looked at me, I then grabbed a reminder card that was placed on the customer end of the desk counter. I had to ask her for a pen and for my appointment information. I work as a medical assistant and I would never let a patient write their own appointment reminder card. That is just unprofessional. Approaching the appointment date, I started getting text appointment reminders, and my appointment that was scheduled at the vet at 2:00PM was now at 2:30PM. Given the experience I had the first time, I made sure to still arrive at 2:00PM because my dog really needs his vaccines. On the day of the appointment I arrived at 2:00PM and was actually on time. I was so glad that I didn't pay attention to the text reminder because I would have been 30 minutes late. The young receptionist with ginger colored hair checked me in and soon called me back. She took my dog's weight and then directed me to the patient room. After a couple of minutes she peeks into the room and asks me if I remember my dog's weight, because she thought it was like 10 lbs. I constantly room patients and I mentally recorded the weight so I told her it was 16 lbs. I wait for a couple of minutes and then friendly Vet assistant, Malina, comes in and starts taking my dog's information. After a couple of questions I asked if this was for an appointment for vaccines. She said yes, I then asked if I was going to be charged for the visit because I only brought enough money for the vaccines. She replied with yes and that my dog was scheduled for an examination and vaccines. The examination alone is about $80. I am not working and can't afford this so I had to respectfully leave. Malina then mentioned about a vaccination mobile clinic that is in service every Monday. She directed me to the front and wrote down the contact information for me. I was just extremely upset at the older receptionist for omitting that she had actually scheduled my dog for an examination. If I had not spoken up during the appointment, I would have been charged for an examination, which would have been redundant because I had just taken my dog for an examination last week. Again I am extremely short on money and it would have been considerate if the receptionist would have mentioned this and provided me with other options, such as the vaccination mobile clinic. The receptionist wasted my time and put my dog's health at risk, which is the only reason I am writing this review. I want to just thank Malina for her help! After digging further, it looks like the vaccination mobile clinic offers budget-friendly vaccines. You can easily book online or call to make appointment. It looks like they are open most of the week and have plenty of locations. I will provide website and phone number for anyone's reference.
