I brought my RV in to get yearly oil and filter change. Mechanic performed service. After three days of not being able to start the RV, but assuring me he would, (did not follow proper fuel priming procedures), he refused to work on it any longer, told me there was something major wrong, maybe lift pump, and informed me I'd have to have it towed and fixed at my expense. I paid for the "service" performed by Clinton, then for tow to Trailercraft. After charging the dead batteries Clinton automotive caused, the mechanic at trailercraft followed the proper priming procedures and started the rv, immediately. I then paid trailercraft for their service. I asked Clinton automotive to split the cost of the tow, charging batteries and starting, which they refused. I thought that was a very fair offer. I am now taking legal action to recover all my costs for their negligence. Beware. read more
