About a two month period my daughter seen Sara once a week. We wanted to get her some help before move out of state so this was the only option I had locally. Sara treated my daughter very nice and was informative about Apraxia. I wish we had longer time for therapy, to see how she progress since it was so short. Every session was 30 minutes and it was $75 a session that we paid.

Surgery was what was expected and explained. I visited with PA, Cody Mygrant for the two week checkup. He's so full of energy and enthusiasm!! Makes the visit much more comfortable. Everything was healing great! Saw him again at 4 weeks for a lil scare, but again everything was good :) I'm very happy with the surgery outcome and I'm on the road to healing!

The appointment was confirmed over the phone. I was attempting to get a COVID Test done. I arrived about 8:05am Wednesday morning to allow time to fill out paperwork, get "checked-in" and follow proper protocols. After taking my insurance only, I was told that my test would be done in my car and that I would need to wait for a call from one of the nurses to get in the car line. I was also told the nurse would take my paperwork that I had filled out. At 9:30am, I had not received a call, so I called back just to verify that I was supposed to be waiting in my vehicle and make sure I didn't miss anything. I was told again to wait for a call. I continued to wait until 10:30am and never received a call. My paperwork was still in my possession. I drove into the car line, and asked one of the nurses, whom I had NOT spoken to before, if I made a mistake and that I had not yet been called for my appointment that was scheduled for 8:30am. She informed me that because I scheduled with such short notice (two days prior) that my appointment was being treated like a walk-in and that appointments made with that timeframe don't really count. She then said, "I'll go ahead take your paperwork and just wait for a nurse to call." I called another physician while still waiting (First Physicians/Wendover Family Medicine) and was able to schedule a time at 2:15pm, SAME DAY. I left this office just before 11:00am, nearly THREE hours after my scheduled appointment. I NEVER RECEIVED a call/text/email from ANYONE at this office until TODAY, December 18th. 9 DAYS LATER. I received and missed a call TODAY (18th) @ 12:17pm and called back @ 12:20pm. 3 minutes later, the person that contacted me was: "Unavailable and out to lunch and we'll have her call you back." I waited until 3:00pm for somebody to call back. Still Nothing. I initiated a callback MYSELF @ 3:13pm and was met with another, different contact. I simply said I was returning a missed call and gave my name. I was told, "Oh, they were trying to figure something out but they got it taken care of." I quickly mentioned that I TRIED to visit over a week and was never seen or contacted. She said "Yes, that's what it was, sorry about that. Have a good day." Zero remorse, zero effort, zero service. Seriously, go somewhere else.

My previous OBGYN didn't…read moregive me much information on why I was miscarrying, and told me it wasn't worth looking into until after 3 miscarriages. A friend recommended Dr. Fanous. From the first phone call I made I have been astounded by their service, and his wife was kind, and funny, and relatable. I felt like I was part of a community and cared for. When I first met him, he went into great detail Of my history, and explained every possible outcome in great detail. He was kind and thoughtful, telling me "no one should have to have 3 miscarriages." I feel so much more knowledgeable and safe and hopeful with this OBGYN. Sometimes the wait time is longer, because once you're in his office he takes his time with you, which is very important to me and my husband. Finally, if you call ahead the day of your appointment, they will tell you if he's running behind and if you can come in later.

Then we have todays incident, I called to verify my annual exam appointment that has been scheduled since last year and the receptionist confirmed, not even 10mins later I get a call stating that the provider I see is no longer with the practice and I would need to reschedule however they wouldn't be able to see me for another year. A few hours later I am called to confirm my appointment and I had to remind the receptionist that they cancelled me. If you are really seeking care I would look anywhere but here.
