I finally gave up after calling multiple times and never getting a callback or getting through to talk to anybody. In May, I got a text about an appointment reminder. So someone in their office made an appointment without letting us know, 7 months out! now I'm trying to call to cancel this appointment because we went somewhere else that actually gave us answers after the first appointment. We had been working with this allergist for over a year and could not get to the root cause of my two year olds allergies. I went to a homeopathic doctor in town who did a blood panel at the first appointment and gave us answers on his food allergies within a week!

What's more, offices are so booked that patients often wait an hour or more just to be seen (at a scheduled appointment). I lose money when I take off from work, yet I can't force a doctor to foot my bill, and I would never receive any reduced bill, either. Hence, the terrible rating: it's unfair and unethical to bill someone without rendering services. It's not fair because I wouldn't be able to charge the office for re-scheduling (or for long waiting periods). It's unethical because I was not made aware of such a policy before I was billed. I won't even mention the condescending attitude of the office staff who ridiculously claimed "billing no shows is standard policy for all physician's offices." Like I've not lived on planet Earth for the last 33 years...

I called ahead to explain my symptoms, and when I walked in, the receptionist already knew who I was. I was alone and could hardly stand. She gave me the paperwork and a puke bag right away. As soon as I started trying to fill out the paperwork, I became violently ill in the waiting room. The staff immediately rushed over to me and brought me back into a room, despite the incomplete paperwork. The entire staff was very concerned about my condition and stood very close to me while medication was administered. I was even walked to the bathroom and monitored. The nurses encouraged me to stay as long as I needed. Once I felt well enough to leave, the staff recommended items to recover from being extremely dehydrated from vomiting for so long. The receptionist went out of her way to help me to my car, while Carissa asked me where I was staying and encouraged me to go straight there and not make any stops and just to rest. She DOORDASHED me Liquid IV and a few other things to help me, knowing I was alone pet sitting. She called me an hour later to follow up with me after hours and sure enough, I had a delivery at my door. And thank goodness because I needed to get straight to bed. I have never had this kind of service and care at any urgent care. They were not just nurses and staff, they displayed a level of concern of that show how wonderful they are as humans. There are four bathrooms and six offices within this building. After the first week they paid my mom what they initial agreed upon. The next week came and the wife said she was going to start paying my mom monthly. My mom questioned it but after that she let it go since we have been going through a rough time lately. My mom thought that would be better than nothing . After a month passes and it's time for her paycheck. They wife paid my mom a $250 check when It should have been $1000 at least for the time she worked. The wife Molly then tried to tell my mom she told her she was only paying her $250 for the month. I just want to know why business owners take advantage of people who are trying to make an honest living . At the end my mom did bring it to the Doctors attention and they ended up paying my mom $480 so $730 total .. mind you it was agreed $1000 a month. There was no point in arguing the remainder of the money. Like I mentioned earlier we have been going through a really bad time my father has not worked in over 4 months and my mom had to step up and help out with the bills. I would not recommend this place simply because of The doctors wife Molly she is a liar and she manipulated this whole situation. She had had several people clean this office and it's no surprise they never last.

I was…read moretold that in order for the Dr. to prescribe my asthma meds that I had to do the flow tests and the skin prick test. So, knowing that I was not goin to get the medication that keeps me alive, unless I did, I agreed to take the tests and was never told that even with insurance, I would have to pay almost $500.00 until right after the tests were done. They are very slick and will basically hold you hostage until they get what they want. I was never given the option not to take the tests. I was never asked for permission or told that the tests would be extra. I'm 56 years old and my asthma is obvious and well documented. I didn't need to have 27 holes poked in my back to know that I'm allergic to cats! Beware of this place. Better to just go to a general practitioner and not get taken to the bank, even with insurance!
