Yep.  "Here, you are going to need to wear a mask." So she reaches into her right smock pocket and digs around for a good 3-4 seconds like she was wading through pens, paper clips, notes, maybe a snickers bar or two, God only knows what was in there, and then finally pulls out this ratty looking mask.  So I look at her with an expression that could have only been interpreted as "are you freaking serious right now?" She stares at me like "are you gonna put this on or not?" I ask her "so is that the mask you give to every patient who has showed up today - or maybe even in the last few days - to wear? That ONE mask?" "Yes sir." "They all wear that ONE mask?" I asked again just to make sure. "Yes sir." I told her she was out of her ever loving mind and left. And then canceled the follow up appointment with the urologist. I am DONE with the medical profession. D. O. N. E. DONE.

She quickly found a solution to get the orders and after a couple of minutes of wait time, I was called back to get my blood drawn. Deborah was my lab tech who quickly and easily found my very hard to get vein. (I had been to a different lab the day before who was not able to get any blood and they had to refer me to Lab Corp). Deborah was professional, friendly and informative. She painlessly got my vein and was able to get a great blood flow enough to fill several vials. THANK YOU so much to Deborah!!!

They are buried in HOURS of wait time within 30 minutes of opening their doors. The big sign out front will still tell you to book an appointment online, and the front desk will not inform you of the several hour long wait times until you complain. Edit: with all the sick, coughing, sneezing, groaning people in the lobby together for hours, this place is more of a hazard to your health than a help. Every 20 minutes another poor soul asks how long it's going to be.

Jeremy was knowledgeable and answered all concerns. Madison shared a personal story that was very helpful. STAY AWAY. These people not only do not accept insurance, they refuse to give you any records…read morewhatsoever of the care they supposedly deliver. You will not be able to submit any records of your treatment to your insurance company because they will not give you any. They will charge you hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of "treatment" and then refuse to give you any record of it. When your insurance company states that your treatment would indeed be covered if a patient submits records, this outfit upon insistence will send you only an "encrypted" message that supposedly contains the records, however you will be unable to open the message DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS and will thus have no idea what it says. This is clearly an attempt to obscure whatever so-called "treatment" was rendered and is nothing but a cover-their-asses tactic. I have never encountered such disgraceful, appalling, shameful business ethics or a more hateful business operation in my many decades of life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
