My Mother had a surgery scheduled here, and I was the driver. Apparently, this center believes it…read morecan control the actions of the driver, as a nurse named Nate tried to force me to stay for 2 hours. The extremely rude, unprofessional, jerk of a human at the front office named Brittney was also upset that I wouldn't stay and even tried to remove me as a driver. Listen, if you have a life, this hospital will try and micromanage you. If you can't take off work, they try to make you feel bad or even cancel the surgery. Brittney and Nate are horrible people and I can promise you, there are better surgery centers with more understanding people who do not try to micromanage your life...they only focus on doing their jobs.

My family of four have been patients of Dr. Tran's since 2008. Let me tell you a few things about…read moreher. She is compassionate which you will read in other reviews. She does NOT rush. EVER. She listens. ALWAYS. I usually have a long list of questions and she answers every single one of them while brainstorming and thinking out of the box, which I appreciate. I wanted a doctor who would do that. That's why I've stuck with her. She runs on time and doesn't double-book. She also emphasizes a healthy lifestyle. She's willing to discuss what you eat, and how important nutrition is for your body, and getting the weight off if you need to. Listen, I've got one son who hates doctors, but he loves her. That says a lot! Dr. Tran and her staff, Quinn and formerly Sylvia whom we will miss so much have not only taken care of our family medically but have carried us through some of the toughest personal times in our lives. When we enter that office Sylvia and Quinn ALWAYS greet us with a smile and ask us how our boys are doing (by name) and Dr. Tran always asks my husband and me about our family life and how our sons are doing even now that they are grown. During the pandemic, her office has done an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable going in for bloodwork. I drive up and call to alert Quinn that I'm there for my appointment. She opens the door for me. She is masked and protected and so am I. I go in, sit down, have my blood drawn, and then she opens the door for me to go out. So it's pretty much touch-free! And the whole office smells like a very nice light hint of bleach which tells me they are doing their job of sanitizing the place which I personally love! To wrap this up, if you are looking for an outstanding doctor in the Round Rock community who thinks outside the box, truly cares about your health and your family, doesn't rush, runs on time, listens well, likes to answer questions, and has the sweetest office staff ever then please give Dr. Xuan Tran a call at 512-733-6464

I had an opportunity to do an internship rotation with Dr. Tran for one semester of my Family Nurse…read morePractitioner program. I have to say, She is the most caring, considerate, intelligent and direct to the point . She spends a lot of time with her patients and doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications. Her patients trusted her with her care. Dr. Tran is really big on including complimentary and alternative medicine into her medical practice, promotes healthy living style ( exercises, diet, and screens for diseases), which most physicians don't have the time for nowadays, but this is the best way to get keep people staying healthy. Her diagnoses are very appropriate and accurate . She always makes sure her chronically ill patients are up to date with important lab works and follow up with medications to ensure they don't cause any adverse affects. I feel that her patients are very well cared for and they're very fortunate to have her as their primary doctor. The way she treats her patients showed that money is absolutely not the motive; She does this because she wants to help!

I'm so glad a friend referred me to Meagan Wempe for HRT. I've been discussing the issues I was…read morehaving due to menopause and my gynecologist couldn't really help. Meagan met with me and went over a lot of information include HRT and how our bodies change due to menopause and it is something we need to handle. She ordered detailed labs and then met with me to go over the results in detail. Most doctors don't do that. They put a note in your portal saying your results are fine even though you see some out of range. I started HRT in December 2025 and what a big difference it has made in my life. Then I decided to have my pap smear with Meagan since she takes the time to go over all the information and find solutions. She also ordered additional labs. Then met with me for 30 minutes to go over the lab results. Due some of the results, she ordered more test to be sure all was ok and continue to monitor my thyroid results. I'm so happy that she goes over everything and if she has any concerns request more tests. My last results were not good as it relates to my iron. Right away she sent in a prescription, requested for me to take a certain vitamin and to refer me to a hematologist for possible iron infusions. Since I'm a pancreatic cancer survivor, I already had a hematologist, so the office sent over my results. Sure enough, he ordered for me to have the infusion. I've had low iron since I finished radiation which the doctors knew but all I got was to take iron supplements with no follow-up. It's only because Meagan took the time to review the results, order tests, that I feel I'm finally getting the treatment I need. I can't wait to start the infusion. Maybe I will feel so much better with not being as tired or dizzy. If you ever feel like there is something wrong and you aren't getting the care you deserve regarding your hormones or labs, then go see Meagan. I'm so thankful I was referred to this practice and to Meagan. Also all their staff is amazing whether in person or when I call.

I don't recommend this clinic because of the owner and the office management - NOT the doctors. The…read morearrogance and righteous stance on being a "private clinic" has NO ROOM FOR YOU IN THE REALM OF HEALING. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you are new in America and are trying to understand the medical system without insurance it can be tough, I get it because we need guidance and they don't provide this - instead the owner became very personal and decided that my care is too complicated for them - seizures post trauma broken bones coma blind in one eye and bipolar will not be welcome at Trinity Balanced Family Healthcare. if you are healthy and are a Texan to some degree - you may do well here. I have to stick up for my community in Epilepsy Foundation.com because we deserve compassion, patience and mindful care - this takes experience and the owner and CEO are too weak, emotional and incompetent to care for the sick and my experience will be reported to HHSC - as the owner Alicia stated" this is a private clinic and I have the right to refuse you for an appointment". Thank you for listening. God Bless

Nunca mostró interés en ayudarla solo sabía decir que nadie hablaba español en la clínica Pienso que si no hay el equipo bilingüe entonces deberían de decir que es una clínica completamente americana.

I went to Dr. Mauldin after not having a GP for some time. I had a reoccurring issue of prostatitis…read morethat was causing difficulty in urination and sometimes extreme pain. With me, I bought my medical records and all of the prescriptions I had been given in the past. When I presented this to Dr. Mauldin, he skimmed through what I had and said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I told him that I didn't know, which is why I was there. He responded, "I'll give you some Flomax. I don't hand out pain medication, and if you want further treatment you'll need to find a urologist". Before I could respond, he made a bee line for the door and left. I waited for him to come back but he didn't. At this point, I gather my things and begin to leave. Dr. Mauldin is standing there with his staff chit chatting. As I go to depart, I'm given the bill. It says, "Office visit - $289". I looked up at Dr. Mauldin and said, "Isn't that a bit high when you spent only 2 minutes with me and did no kind of procedure?" He responded, "That's why insurance is important". Being the good boy that I am, I reached for a credit card to pay this outrageous price for nothing. Dr. Mauldin himself took the card and ran it through the machine, and watched with baited breath for the approval. Never again. I regret paying, but I don't regret never seeing him again.

He told me to come in right then. Now, to be clear, it was 4:50 and I live half an hour away. It didn't matter to him, he said he'd be there. When I got there, the door was locked, but his staff let me in and led me back. He didn't rush me, he listened and made sure I had everything I needed. In short, he cares. To be honest, it took me a couple of visits to really warm up to him, but now that I've been a patient for a while, I have to say I really like him a lot. He also has a nice sense of humor, not always on display, but at the appropriate time, it sure can make a visit more pleasant. He never makes me feel rushed, he always asks, "What else?" several times, which does help me remember other things I want to discuss with him. The staff at his office is friendly and personable. It's hard to find a good doctor. He's one of them.
