After a few days, I woke up one morning with my finger swollen & inflamed, and it was pretty painful. We googled and found this walk-in clinic. With all the scary stories about Vibrio infections from swimming in sea water with an open wound, I was anxious to get treated as soon as possible. We arrived at around 9 or 9:30 AM and there was no wait. Dr Crisan saw me and prescribed Amoxicillin & Doxycyline for me immediately. She also lanced the blister that had popped up next to my fingernail & cleaned the wound. She suggested soaking my finger in water with Epsom salt a couple of times per day, which helped relieve the discomfort and encouraged faster healing. So thankful that I was able to get in and out quickly and I felt the service was very good. Would definitely come back if I ever need to see a doctor while visiting the area.

They got him in to see an actual doctor in about ten minutes. They checked him out, tested for Covid and the usual suspects, gave him a prescription and got us out in about two hours. They told him exactly what I would have said, and prescribed exactly as I would have done. It was a simple case, but more important is what they didn't do. My prescriptions had completely ran out and I need at least a re-up on my Dexcom monitoring device, which has nothing to do with my blood sugars other than monitoring. The nurse told me I have to be seen with bloodwork done. I told her I am in debt with LabCorp and I couldn't afford bloodwork at this moment. I just need sensors prescription re-up that will give me time to pay off LabCorp and get blood work done so they can assess my insulin needs. I've always understood the protocol and I don't have a problem with it. With even the fact that I am in a hardship situation financially she still would not do the prescription or talk to anybody about it. I have never been retreated so coldly and rudely to have a protocol put above my life. I would've even have taken a sample but no, I guess it's either get your blood work done or die. So I hope anybody reading this understands what they're getting themselves into when they go to this doctor's office. Dr. offices are supposed to help people not make things worse. I've always been a good patient for them and now it seems I am not.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Brandon Heiberger at Immediate Care on September 23, 2026…read more Dr. Heiberger was direct and to the point, which I appreciated, and he also took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that he actually reviewed my chart and the medications I take before prescribing anything.  He explained that one of the cough medications I had previously been prescribed could interact negatively with Venlafaxine, which I take, so he prescribed a different cough medicine instead. That may sound like something every doctor should do. Still, in my experience, this was the first time during an immediate-care visit that a doctor had clearly reviewed my medications closely enough to recognize a potential interaction before prescribing treatment.  I was genuinely impressed by his attention to detail and the care he took in making that decision. Dr. Heiberger is an excellent doctor--knowledgeable, attentive, straightforward, and willing to take the time to listen closely. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful and thorough medical care.
