The problem is that the nice lady that processed their service did so thru my Blue Cross Blue Shield DENTAL plan. It has been 15 months and still, have been unable to speak with someone in the Billing Department to get this corrected. The phone just rings and rings and rings and then, it disconnects. Then later we received a separate bill from the doctor who claimed we were out of network. Third party billing makes it impossible to discuss the situation with anyone at the facility. Imo this is false advertising. The facility is not in the island hospital but is apparently allowed to charge like an ER. Another poster says they were upfront about costs.
