Well, it's been over 4 months since our last attempt to get them to come out to our home. We called a total of 3-4 times and was always told someone would call us back. Never ever did they call us back or even come out to our home. Or try to troubleshoot anything. They did not install our solar system however they didn't say at anytime that they would not assist with our issue. Which we are having a CT measurement issue. Enphase even recommended them to us, as they are a supposedly "Gold installer" So this is just our experience, yours may vary. But if i were you, i would pick someone else. They asked for access to our solar equipment and we granted them the access. They did not do anything, as we still to this day have the same issues. So we ourselves revoked it as clearly the company didn't want to be bother with our issues. I feel it's poor service to just not call the customer back after 3-4 attempts. We did inform enphase about it when we had to contact them again about software issues. So hopefully they treat others better. Again, maybe it was just us, that they didn't want to do service for, for some reason, so your experience may be better. read more

I needed a service call to plug leaks in my solar panels. Kelly and Chase were my technicians and they were great! They fixed the leaks I knew about and fixed one I wasn't aware of, then they showed me how to get my valve controllers to work properly. The installation when's smooth. A few week later it malfunctioned. The owner did come out and replace a faulty valve, no charge (warranty). The installation crew installed the sun panels on the roof that gets the least Sun. Don't ask why they don't install on the part that gets the most, they don't know. The valve control box then went out. And When they installed the PVC piping it was in a bind and broke. You could see it broken. They wanted $185 to come out and tell me it's broken? And$185/hr to repair. A plumber fixed it for $85 and no service charges. WhT makes Climate Control so special they have the audacity to charge an insane$185 just to look, they will never get a cent from me. You, roll the dice. There are much, much more ethical companies out there. read more

After several attempts Joey finally figured out where the leaks where coming from Code Red installed my roof three years ago and did a very shoddy job on my flat roof ,would not recommend that company. We have a perfect set-up for solar. Our house faces north and the back of the house has the perfect southern exposure. They did an energy audit and came up with the perfect power set-up. Our July electric bill was $155. Our system was installed in August making Sept the first full month of service - $27 was all we owed the FPL which is the minimum cost be hooked up to the power grid. We had zero out of pocket and under 1% financing. Our Payment is $85/month. We would have to give that to FPL every month Anyway. But we kept $43 in net savings we didn't have to fork out. Sept was a far rainier month than July, which had our A/C running overtime. With the panels on the south side of the house, I believe it helps keep the house cooler too. The gap between the panels and the roof allow airflow that makes the attic cooler. As power rates go up and up, the savings will too! They did a great job and lived up to their promised output from their panels. I adamantly respect their integrity and recommend them to anyone looking at adding solar in the Treasure Coast area. read more

Have been pricing solar systems for two years, and never did do anything because all of the companies were either brand new, or had a shady reputation. Found out ,that a few of the companies with the best price, gave that price because they would wait till they had multiple orders in the area, but you had to wait until they were ready. Also found out a lot of them really did not have service personal close by. Then I found a company out of Miami, that had been around for awhile and had fair reviews, but they had, a couple real crappy reviews, and decided to wait again. On our way back to the Cocoa Beach from Sanibel last fall found climatic solar , looked up there reviews, and could not find much against them. I have Always asked way to many questions in life and dealings, called them up and got ahold of Erik the owner, he was not pushy or full of BS, answered all of the questions I had ,and told me they had been around for 30 plus years, starting out with solar pool heaters, and then adding solar domestic hot water and then Photovoltaic to there business. Climatic's price was fair and Erik seemed most knowledgeable , Mike the salesmen turns out to have worked in the solar industry up north , he was able to answer most of the questions , and when I stumped him on one, he got back with the correct answer, in no time @ all. They also have the Enphase line of controllers which has one of the highest ratings for reliability and up to date technology . Decided to go with Climatic Solar, and so far have no regrets , they promised an install time ,and they kept it, the install crew was very polite and got along with each other, very well, did not leave any messes and did a neat job of installing. Its a Great feeling making your own power and watching the meter turn backwards, plus we are making a 10% percent return ,on the dollar, not many investments make over 6%, which is considered good.......... read more
