Never ever did they call us back or even come out to our home. Or try to troubleshoot anything. They did not install our solar system however they didn't say at anytime that they would not assist with our issue. Which we are having a CT measurement issue. Enphase even recommended them to us, as they are a supposedly "Gold installer" So this is just our experience, yours may vary. But if i were you, i would pick someone else. They asked for access to our solar equipment and we granted them the access. They did not do anything, as we still to this day have the same issues. So we ourselves revoked it as clearly the company didn't want to be bother with our issues. I feel it's poor service to just not call the customer back after 3-4 attempts. We did inform enphase about it when we had to contact them again about software issues. So hopefully they treat others better. Again, maybe it was just us, that they didn't want to do service for, for some reason, so your experience may be better.

They were responsive, prompt and the price to replace what we needed was reasonable. Even more recently, our roof had a leak and it was under (not related to) where the solar system conduit runs. We had to work with the roofing company and solar to get the conduit up, the roof fixed and then the conduit put back. Throughout the process, Michael at Goldin was flexible, reasonable and the process went quickly. We are super happy with Goldin and recommend them to all our friends.

We are still waiting for Goldin solar to reinstall our solar panels after a new roof installation. They have claimed every delay possible including permitting delays which was their fault and we had significant delays in system design due to the new roof material and then weather delays. Our reinstallation date was set for 1/15. Yet they have continued to not provide an updated installation date and have not responded to email requests for updates as well as VM requests for updates. The company rarely answers the phone. It's an ultimate miracle if someone answers the phone at the office. And a second miracle if they respond to an email after the contract is signed. Stay away from this company and their false claims. We are seeking legal advice at this point!

If you're thinking about solar, do yourself a favor and call Dominick or Jason for a quote. They will educate you in person and through their website. Please don't fall for those door knocking companies that try to sell you low interest loans and other items you may not want or need. I met with many companies over a few years before I choose them. We agreed on the system size and price and I asked Dom what they needed for a deposit? I almost fell over when he said "we don't take deposits, just pay us AFTER we finish and you're satisfied". My installation took a day and was completed in December 2024. FPL changed the meter 30 days later and we started sending excess power back to FPl on those sunny days. Dom always stressed using a local company because you will get better and faster service if you have a problem. He was so right! Looking at the ENPHASE App about 10 days ago I noticed one of the panels was producing less than the others and notified Jason. Two days later the crew replaced the faulty panel. Who knows how long it would take if I used a company from another city or state? The attached photo is a screen shot showing how much electricity my system generated on an almost perfectly sunny day. It was a cool enough day that my AC didn't run very much, but I did a couple of loads of laundry and i still almost generated more electricity than I used with my solar panels! They did a great job, my system is generating almost the exact amount of electricity that they told me it would generate before I placed my order, and my electric bills are lower than all of my friends' electric bills are. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They retaliated by firing my wife to steal her overrides and canceled commissions on their own family members' homes to pocket the difference. They also promise customers "free vacations" that are fake/unredeemable. I have a full evidence file proving the theft and fraud. Do not trust them.
