I've even replaced the entire unit less than 10 yrs ago. These guys came in and with the best customer service, pricing options, and professionalism installed the entire system in an extremely hard to work space and difficulty level at the highest. They solved the problem no one else could and for that, I'm grateful. You will NOT be sorry if you call on their services. Their warranty beat other companies and they even brought over a window unit for comfortability until they could get to my installation day. Thank you BJ, Nathan, and Mark!

They sent another crew out who bad-mouthed the first crew. We were out of AC for 8 days in 90 degree heat. Poor communication, poor followup and they are under new management. Phil Esposito's no longer owns the company. They may be cheaper but sometimes you get what you pay for

As of today, we were forced to install an entirely new HVAC unit to replace the one we purchased…read moreonly 15 months ago from Energy Sharks. The original unit we were sold is no longer manufactured with replacement parts available. After waiting extensively for a resolution, we ultimately had no choice but to move forward with purchasing a new unit - this time the correct size. During this process, we also learned that the explanations previously given to us, by Energy Sharks ,that the problems were due to using the wrong filters, that the system was filthy, and that nothing could be done - were false. The new installer worked directly with York to help us secure another unit, but we still incurred an additional cost of $6,200 for installation. In total, within just 16 months, we have spent over $15,000 to have a functional HVAC system - double what the actual cost should have been. My concern remains that others may be misled or treated as poorly as we have been, and I do not want additional consumers to experience the same level of frustration and financial burden. I would encourage everyone to just look through the recent reviews to see how bad this company has become. New ownership came with horrible people.

I call Full Air AC Repair to get Freon put in my unit. Justin came out for $110 and told me…read moreexactly what I already knew.... That my unit needed Freon. He said the Freon would cost about $750 and that I had a leak and needed stop leak and it would need to be changed to take a different kind of Freon because R22 is not available anymore. (It's available on Amazon). Anyways he quoted $2,000 to put Freon or $9,000 for a new unit. (I'm like I could get a couple of window units for cheape.) I asked him to put a duct back on that the water heater guys knocked off and he told me that he didn't have any supplies on the truck. After he left, I thought that I would consider putting Freon in myself. I went out to look at the unit and I heard a hissing sound coming from a valve. I took a video and sent it to him and asked about it. He said he could've hear anything. (The Freon that was in my unit was being drained!) I called someone else and they came out and put a new valve stem, reattached my duct, filled the unit with nitrogen to see if it would hold, then recharged my unit with 6lbs of Freon for $460. I highly recommended that everyone look elsewhere for their hvac needs. I saw these great reviews and thought I was getting some honest help. Nope!

I called another well known company in the area and they also said no. I found the Nerds. They came out, said it could be done. They replaced all the duct work. I can't say enough about their skills and professionalism. They warned our HVAC unit was old and probably going to need to be replaced. Well on July 2nd 2026 during a heatwave the system died. We reached out again to the Nerds. They replaced our system with a larger one because the old one was too small for the house. They once again displayed their skills and professional behavior. Their Customer Service is excellent. They are family owned and operated and many of the staff are Veterans. We trust them completely you can too.
