Everything was explained in detail and I was informed on what is needed and what would be preventative including a service plan. I know that it would likely be in my best interest but since we are selling our property in the near future I explained why I didn't want one. The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

They came out in February suggesting a complete new system. 1)They cut a vent in our hardwood floor in a very bad place. 2) we called them because there was debris in our floor vent. They didn't replace the sheet metal boots. "Its not in our contract " 3)They told us we would receive $850 Visa card. It was $550. 4) they knew the pad for the unit was not level, Josh the sales man, said we will level the unit. They didn't LEVEL THE PAD. now water runs back to our foundation and under our house. Courtney had already seen the scheduled appointment for the next day and moved it to an earlier time slot. Connor arrived the next day even earlier than the scheduled time. Tuck and Howell completed a new HVAC install for our home to replace our 17 year old five ton unit…read more I'm old school, and kinda old actually; and I could not be more pleased with a company. From the initial install (2 days scheduled) which was completed in one long hot day, by the most impressive, professional and courteous crew of four young men. They hit the ground running with the precision of a drill team tearing out the old, and installing the new duct work and unit and hauling off the old. I must mention the customer service. From the beginning, Jeff came out and measured out entire home to ensure we were getting the right sized unit and even upgraded the initial quoted unit at no additional cost to us. Unbelievable. Emily in CS is so professional and kept us informed through out the entire process. Duct cleaning was and even the dryer exhaust done. Then came Brock; the quality control, after install gentleman. He went through the entire system, made some adjustments and now have the quietest, and most efficient system. We could not be more pleased with a company and employees. In the course of talking to 3 people, I was aggressively solicited to their annual plan SEVEN times. If I don't know you, and I don't know what your work is like, I'm not commiting to any annual plan. This was sometime last year when I tried their services and yes, they did as asked, but I would not call it budget friendly but maybe something short of harassment and some things I thought might be obvious, weren't. They could have great technicians but they are so focused on the hard sell, you're left just feeling exploited. Even with making my feelings known right to their faces (anyone who answered the phone, both techniciabs they sent) about how I will gladly make sure I complain to at least 3 people for each time I had to listen to a sales pitch, so 21?....I still have six voicemails since wanting to "earn my business"? I can legally call it harassment at this point right?
