They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.

If I could give this business ten stars, I would. I found myself needing to get a dent fixed ASAP…read moreand I called four other businesses closer to my house. All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I was not only treated with the upmost respect I was also made aware of everything that had to be done, including any repairs not made before and those costs. Not only was I able to meet my agent at Axelrod I was also able to schedule the repair and get a rental car all at the same time. Rick and their service team was great! I found out I didn't have rental car coverage and it was going to cost me a lot of money to rent a car. Well Rick was able to schedule my repair when I was out of town so I wouldn't have to pay extra for the rental car. My car was also repaired earlier than what I was originally told all because they knew I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. The repair was perfect! It looked brand new! A few months later my front turn signal went out and the way my car is designed it impossible to replace the bulb without taking the tire off, removing the battery, and going in through the wheel well!!
