Then proceeded to ask me why I'm here if I did not bring a physical CD of my CT SCAN, although I spoke to front desk over the phone and they said to email it and then when I got there to check in, I confirmed again if my imaging was ok and the lady at the front desk said yes. Dr. Edibam said that's not possible that his staff didn't say that and said I'm lying. He then proceeded to yell at me saying there's nothing wrong with me and he can't do anything. Then I explained my symptoms and he said everyone else has the same symptoms. He then laughed at me and said "you were born this way, what do you want me to do?" And I started crying and looked to the medical assistant who was a young female who looked away while standing behind me. I asked her why she is letting the doctor speak to me this way and asked if she was a woman also. She proceeded to leave the room and block the door. I felt very unsafe and he charged me for the visit anyways and when I called to take it off the lady at the front desk said no. Please do not go here. Especially if you're a young female. I was in the state of shock when going back to the office for pain medication and follow ups. Each visit different staff members tried to persuade me that this was part of the treatment plan when it was never documented or discussed. There was no acknowledgment or ownership of the wrong doing. There was an offer made for the additional work that needed to be done at cost. I suffered for four months in severe pain impacting every area of my life. I then had a very difficult time trusting providers after this betrayal. In addition, I've now learned that I was offered, and recommended to have anesthesia at a high out-of-pocket expense by this office when it actually wasn't needed for many of the procedures.

I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.

I'm sure that my new implants will come out perfect and I can't wait to have my new upper and lower implants. Dr. Kim is as good as any other dentists that I had for 20 years. My main reason for having Dr. Kim at first is that his dental fees are the most reasonable, and others dental implant fees are almost double, which is unaffordable for me..Dr. Kim makes his fees totally affordable, because he has the special equipment and training to make the implants in his office lab. My new dentist asked me "when did the dentist finish school". As she picked it off and gave me a new filling. The new filling is hard to find, see and can't be noticed by me when I clean my teeth. Also, I inquired with Dr. Kim if I needed to straighten my bottom teeth with Invisalign out of curiosity. he attempted to sell me on the idea and called insurance but I was quite sold. I've asked three dentist since then and they told me ABSOLUTELY NOT. Be aware if you come to this dental office, I'm shocked the reviews are so high.
