She directed me into the room and I told her where my problem areas are and she began the massage. Halfway through the massage, she realized that she was massaging the wrong person and I told her that I saw my appointment had been rescheduled and assumed that they needed to change the masseuse. She went out of the room and supposedly talked with Tim and asked how he wanted to sort it out. She came back in and continued massaging me. The girl who massaged me give me an okay massage and was able to work some of the knots out however I still felt a strain in my left shoulder the next day. She seemed either unprofessional or frazzled or both and also mentioned that they don't get paid off as much from Groupon's. Mentioning that to me seemed highly unprofessional and unnecessary. After the massage it was very awkward and she did apologize for the mixup however I could tell she did not want to be there. The environment itself was not very relaxing either because I could hear the cars go by outside in the room as well as people talking outside of the door. When I left that evening there were also several stray cats wondering in the parking lot and that was not attractive. Needless to say I will not be going back and would not recommend this place.

I was bitterly disappointed with my experience as I did not receive all the hypnosis sessions I…read morepaid for. Trish is personable, caring and great overall, and I was excited about hypnosis actually helping me. But she was continually having computer problems and did not email me recordings of my hypnosis sessions until weeks after my appointments (instead of days later as she promised). That was disappointing, but hey, people have computer problems, right? At my last two appointments she asked me what I wanted my final hypnosis session to cover. She was so excited planning it that she said she was going to split it into two recordings. I thought that my last appointment with her would include a hypnosis session (as some of my previous appointments had), but instead it was just a discussion of what the two hypnosis sessions she would record for me would cover. She said she would send them to me in a couple of weeks. That was November. It is now January and I have still not received the final session that I paid for, much less the two sessions she was planning to do. I have received no response to the voice mail I left or the two emails that I sent. Trish's follow through is non-existent and incredibly unprofessional. I did not pay over a thousand dollars to be lied to and cheated like this. I was ripped off.

Over a pack a day. Quitting was meant for someone else. Someone with will power. Someone with self preservation instincts. Someone willing to deal with the massive mood swings, irritability and who knew what other side effects. Quitting wasn't in my cards. I knew the want of a cigarette as soon as the one I was smoking was put out. The embers needn't be cold before I was planning the next. I'd put one out while coughing and think, I'll never quit; they'll kill me first, I enjoy it too much. Seriously, I was that bad addicted. I ended up calling Dr. Sewell because a friend wanted to quit and we were to quit together through hypnosis. My 'buddy' never called the Dr. and is still smoking and vaping nicotine in an effort to quit on his own. My friend didn't want to pay the $ thinking he could quit on his own. In another week or so I will already have paid for the Hypnotherapy by stopping smoking.
