I was bitterly disappointed with my experience as I did not receive all the hypnosis sessions I paid for. Trish is personable, caring and great overall, and I was excited about hypnosis actually helping me. But she was continually having computer problems and did not email me recordings of my hypnosis sessions until weeks after my appointments (instead of days later as she promised). That was disappointing, but hey, people have computer problems, right? At my last two appointments she asked me what I wanted my final hypnosis session to cover. She was so excited planning it that she said she was going to split it into two recordings. I thought that my last appointment with her would include a hypnosis session (as some of my previous appointments had), but instead it was just a discussion of what the two hypnosis sessions she would record for me would cover. She said she would send them to me in a couple of weeks. That was November. It is now January and I have still not received the final session that I paid for, much less the two sessions she was planning to do. I have received no response to the voice mail I left or the two emails that I sent. Trish's follow through is non-existent and incredibly unprofessional. It took me a long time to try and seek help for my anxiety, but after some research I eventually came across Florida Hypnosis Clinics and decided to give hypnotherapy a try to see if it would help my anxiety. Trish was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a detailed explanation of exactly what hypnotherapy is and how it can help with my anxiety problem. After making my decision to go ahead and give it a try, I went ahead and scheduled a couple of sessions with her. The hypnotherapy involves an initial consultation where she interviews you to see what type of problem you would like to resolve and tailors the sessions based on the information that she has learned from the consultation. The sessions consist of a sit down talk-based therapy coupled with hypnosis. After completing my sessions, I felt much more at ease in social situations and noticed that my anxiety levels were greatly reduced. The hypnotherapy sessions helped in reducing my anxiety and I feel that I have greater confidence in myself now. I was a social smoker when out with friends and having drinks for years (20). 3 years ago I started going through a rough patch and smoking picked up to everyday. I was disgusted with myself. I hated the feeling and the smell but I couldn't stop. Someone convinced me to give the JUUL a try as a substitute. It worked. I no longer smelled like smoke but that addiction became even worse and I didn't feel healthy. I tried pretty much everything I could think of to stop. A friend recommended that I go see Tricia and i had nothing to lose so i gave it a go. To be honest, I had no idea what hypnotherapy was outside of the movies. In my research, I found that if you're going to do hypnotherapy, avoid those who promise the world in 1 session because it simply isn't that easy and it makes sense. After leaving a voicemail, the receptionist got back to me within a few hours and I asked some general questions. I said that I wanted to start ASAP and I was told that I would have to come in for a free one hour consult before any commitments. I was actually annoyed because wanted to start the minute I got in the door. Just like everyone else, I'm busy! After the consult hour, it all made sense. Tricia took a deep dive into a direction that I was not prepared for or expecting. Long story short, I signed up for 5 sessions. 5 months later now, I haven't' so much as thought about smoking for more than short flashes while having drinks but nothing I haven't been able to handle. I wish I could explain how or why I was able to quit with her help, but it's not that simple. She sent me recordings that I listened to nightly at first and now more like once or twice a week. They are so relaxing and they put me to sleep within minutes. I've never actually made it to the end of the recordings. LOL I highly recommend Tricia for any sort of hypnotherapy. Just understand that if you're being told to go somewhere and your problems will be solved in an hour, you're being scammed. Tricia is the real deal and what I thought was going to be a watch swinging back and forth for an hour, turned into an experience I'll never forget. I learned a lot about myself in those sessions.
