Worst experience with a mental health "professional" of my life (and I've seen MANY providers over…read moremy 30+ years of depression treatments). I'd give him less than 1 star if this system had such an option. This guy (not worthy of being called a doctor) only seemed to care about making money. Decision had already been made BEFORE I started TMS therapy to close his practice's only location that would work for me (I'm a solo mom of four children after losing my husband unexpectedly 7 years ago). I asked him directly about this at initial consult, because the intake specialist had warned me. He refused to look at me while responding that he "didn't know." Then, two-thirds through my treatment, he had a temporary employee tell me I'd need to switch another location, completely negating any benefit of his treatments to that point. He refused my requests for a phone call or explanation. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON OR HIS PRACTICE!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. In my personal experience after several couples sessions with…read moreone of the therapists at CCT, the faith-based component felt superficial and did not align with what I was expecting going in. I also left multiple sessions feeling uncomfortable, as some interactions came across to me as unnecessarily adversarial or dismissive. While others may have had different experiences, mine was not positive, and we ultimately sought and found a better fit elsewhere.

Why 5 stars? Because after many years of problems, I've finally made some progress here…read more --- --- --- I was referred to Christina by Dr. Reina at Florida Orthopedic because he determined that my back problems were more muscular. I'd seen countless different medical professionals at this point, but was willing to continue to try anything because I hadn't really found someone who made a *huge* difference. I definitely worked with people that I enjoyed, but I wasn't really turning a corner. After several visits to Christina, I think I've finally turned that corner. While I still have some pain on certain days, I understand that a lifetime of poor posture is not going to be fixed overnight. Christina provided me with some treatment, but more importantly, a daily plan with stretches and mobility drills that's been really solid for me. When I'm sticking to the plan and following her instructions, I'm feeling pretty good. Christina's practice does not accept insurance and it can take several weeks to get an appointment, but it's totally worth it! If she did accept insurance, I'd happily visit every week, but it's not cheap. However, if you're dealing with chronic pain, you're willing to write a blank check to find relief. And her rate is a bit less than a blank check :) I can't recommend Christina enough if you're someone who hasn't been able to figure out a solution to something you've been dealing with for a while. If that's you and you're reading this, stop what you're doing and call her. But be sure you're willing to put in the "homework" in between visits!

IF YOU WANT TO BETTER YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, DO NOT GO HERE!…read more While Spravato doesn't affect me (nor has it helped me either), each week when I have my Spravato session, I drive my car to my appointment and have someone pick me up afterwards, leaving my car overnight. At my last session, I found out halfway through the session that my ride wasn't going to be able to come get me. I live close, but not close enough to walk. But since Spravato never affects me, I drove myself home cause I didn't have a way otherwise. I recently called several times to set up my next appointment and no one ever answered so I left voicemails. The next day I get a call from JENNY, who ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. She is rude, inconsiderate and made me feel like I was beneath her and like I DO NOT MATTER as a person. Anyway, She called to tell me that she was discharging me as a patient, WITHOUT WARNING, for driving after my last Spravato appointment. I explained to her that my ride bailed while I was already in my session and that I've driven before yet no one has EVER said one word to me about it. And that this was the first I'd ever heard of being discharged for driving.. there is no warning of discharge ANYWHERE in the intake paperwork nor is it listed in the documents you have to fill out at the beginning of each Spravato session. I explained all this to her and SHE COULD CARE LESS. She blamed the techs and doctor at the citrus park location saying that "someone should have gone over this with me at my intake appointment". But.. NO ONE DID!! So how is THAT MY FAULT???? What's more, Over the last 4 months, I've been more depressed than I've been in years (also proof that Spravato doesn't work) and with how small Jenny made me feel, how she treated me.. it's thrown me into a downward spiral in a way I haven't felt in many years cause I told Jenny about my rapidly worsening mental state, and practically begged her to allow me to stay on as patient but she could care less. I haven't spoken to to a person so cold hearted in a long time. And her attitude and lack of compassion told me everything I needed to know about this place: that I don't matter and the folks at Neurospa give zero craps about the lives of their patients.. they claim to be in the business of mental health... but with MY experience, I can PROMISE you that the only thing this business cares about is making money. Jenny really pushed me over the edge emotionally. And I'm so much worse now than I was before speaking to her. SHAME ON YOU JENNY! SHAME ON TOU FOR BLAMING THE EMPLOYEES AND DOCTORS AT THE CITRUS PARK LOCATION! YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN THE MENTAL HEALTH INDUSTRY. PEOPLE COME TO NEUROSPA FOR HELP BECAUSE THEY ARE HURTING! AND THE WAY YOU HURTFULLY SPEAK TO OTHERS LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER IS NOT OK! So...my mental health is now worse than it ever was prior to becoming a patient here a year ago! This business is such an awful, horrible place. IF YOU ARE SEEKING HELP FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, DO NOT COME HERE! Go literally ANYWHERE else but here!

I had a very frustrating experience with the USF Hearing Clinic and want to share it so others know…read morewhat to expect. Before my appointment, I asked twice--once by phone and again in person--whether the clinic had verified my insurance and what my total cost would be. Both times I was told that they had run my insurance and that my responsibility would only be my $40 specialist copay. After the appointment, I learned that the clinic billed my insurance using diagnostic audiology procedure codes instead of an office-visit code. This created a much higher bill and an unexpected balance of $56.73 that was never disclosed to me beforehand. I only found out after receiving my Explanation of Benefits. Trying to resolve the issue made things worse. My emails went unanswered, I was not given accurate billing contact information, and when the clinic finally called me, the staff member became argumentative, talked over me, and blamed my insurance company instead of addressing the discrepancy. It was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Patients deserve accurate cost information, transparent billing, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic did not reflect those standards. I recommend getting all cost information in writing and being very cautious before scheduling here.
