It is an old mill that has been transformed into multiple different stores, restaurants and services. When we last came in we went to a flea market event, stopped at their arts and crafts store, and then also went into their antique store. We have also stopped here when we needed to go the RMV since it is also housed in the complex. Overall the list of stores, restaurants, and services located in this restored mill are too long to list. It is definitely worth dropping by or checking their website to see all they have to offer. The next time we are in the area we will make it a point to stop in again. Final note, they also rent apartments in this mill which looked incredible.

Everything was very clean upon move in, and the neighbors were all very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff as well. The property managers were friendly, responsive, and fixed the few technical issues we had on our side. I was also very impressed with the maintenance staff. We had to put in an emergency maintenance request at one point, and the staff was there within an hour. The whole issue was resolved that weekend. If the rent doesn't scare you away, I would say anyone would be more than happy here. And downtown Northampton was great to have so close by.

What even? They pay someone who threatens your pet? This apartment complex used to be full of families, quiet, and the rent was reasonable. My neighbors and I are quickly moving out - you see good families leaving every day. Even if you are willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money for rent, know that the apartments marked luxury are just "lipstick on a pig," the crappy structure just being given a fresh coat of paint (that chips).

They refused to refund the deposit citing the email they sent as their official policy. Shady business practice - vague to say the least, very deceptive.
