My stepdaughter just returned from her fourth driving lesson and was told by the instructor that she is not ready for her test because the previous instructors did not properly teach her what she needed to know. The instructor advised me to call and request an additional lesson. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone whether I call the local facility or the 800 number and the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. Absolutely DO NOT trust Click2Drive ! This company completely scammed us .They took payment for my son's 10hour driving lessons . Today was supposed to be lesson# 2 but no one showed up and never even bothered to call . When I tried contacting them , both the website and their phone line had the same excuse about a "government shutdown "which is weird because I know they're private business . There is no zero communication ,no customer service , no accountability. They took the money and closed down after a month . I had no choice but to call my credit card and file a dispute to reverse the charges . This business is completely unreliable , unprofessional and should not be operating . He used one class and then boom the business closed and they're claiming government shut down, which I find repulsive since this is a private company and it has nothing to do with government shut down there are people who have not worked in weeks who haven't had food and these people are gonna take our money and claim government shut down. The first one was very disrespectful and rude, calling my daughter a slur when she did not make a turn despite it being her first ever driving lesson. Unprofessional, rude driving instructors. My experience was from about 11 months ago. I took their three-session package and drove with two instructors. Their instruction and advice was very informative, and they helped make me feel less nervous about driving on busy streets. That said, I didn't feel like they were very patient with me, which didn't make me feel comfortable as I was new to driving and couldn't help not knowing certain things. My son completed his online Driver's Ed course and made an appointment at the DMV to get his Driver's Permit. He has been waiting a month now to receive the pink slip from Click2Drive that he needs to take with him to the DMV to show completion of the course and the exam. This company claims they ran out and have been waiting on the DMV to send them more. He had to cancel his appointment at the DMV and still, this company continues to state they have no idea when their supply of pink slips will arrive. I have called them weekly and still... nothing. They show you appointment availability on their calendar, but, once you pay there are no appointments available. Major red flag - recommend avoiding this one. UPDATE: left a voicemail and sent several messages asking for a refund with no response. Called the office, spoke to somebody and asked for a refund... somebody called me back and said they'd be happy to schedule me. Looking like a bait and switch. Make sure you lock in your date and time BEFORE you pay. UPDATE #2: They processed my refund after I called them back and cussed them out. This company is probably fine, but, per the business response below, they're operating a public-facing channel that they know doesn't work and that they either won't or can't update. I had a great experience with this company. Since i am relatively a new learner with driving and rules of the road. The instructor they had was knowledgeable and skillful, in particular Jose. He was very patient and passionate of what he does. Prior to Jose i had two other drivers assigned to teach me but i was more confident with him teaching right techniques and leads you to pass your driving test with the DMV. I failed my driving test 4 times decided to get a drivers lesson and that's when I met Edward get that name remembered EDWARD! Dude is down to earth and is a wonderful teacher I was nervous driving but he didn't yell at me or make me feel uncomfortable at anytime I messed up he taught me everything I needed to know and within an hour I noticed I was driving better. I just passed my DMV test on my first try and I couldn't be happier. Even though I had 3 different instructors for my Elite package, the one that stood out and made me feel the most comfortable was Jose. He has a calm demeanor and knows his shit! My son began driving instruction with Click2drive and our overall experience was extremely poor. Click2drive is inconsistent and unprofessional. Customer service: They communicate and return calls when there are no issues and it's for ordering or scheduling classes but as soon as there is an issue or problem, they become MIA and do not return calls! Instruction: When our sons instructor had to be replaced due to traveling, no communication occurred between the old instructor and the new one to give status or info on my sons progress. I had severe driving anxiety and put off getting my driver's license for yearsss. I'm 22 now and every year since I was 18 I would tell myself I'd get it, but I never had the courage. I was really nervous about driving in general since I've never had any experience and the traffic here in LA is always fast and terrible. Luckily, I had some great and patient instructors who taught me the basics and helped me gain confidence in driving. Shoutout to my instructors, Ruby, Ebi, Edward, and Alberto! I practiced for about 6 hours with Click2Drive after taking a few driving lessons in a different state more than a year ago so I had some experience but was not ready to start driving quite yet. I had 10 lessons initially with Click2Drive almost a year ago and failed my first subsequent driver's test following it. This year I arranged for another 5 lessons, this time specifically with one instructor, Alberto. With one focused teacher who knew my progress, I was able to learn a lot more and gain the confidence I needed behind the wheel. I was then able to take the driver's test once again and passed it all while feeling way more confident than I did last year. Click2Drive has good instructors who really help ingrain the many rules of driving in you during your two-hour lesson. The only drawback that resulted in 4 stars is that if you don't specifically request it, they give you several different instructors during your 10 lessons. However, Alberto was diligent in his tutelage and incredibly friendly, which is so necessary when you're embarking on the road for the first time. I would recommend Click2Drive to any nervous first-timers on the road, the instructors are really great and I learned more than just driving the car itself: I learned what to do if I get a ticket, what to do if I get a flat tire, and other tips that will be so helpful for me as a newbie driver on the road. But I would recommend seeing if you can just stick to one or two teachers maximum for the optimal experience. read more

Our son received his driver's license with Click2Drive October 2017, he had a very enjoyable experience! Fast forward to COVID 2020...ugh! Our 17 yr old daughter was supposed to get her license in March but was postponed to June , which was again postponed to August (no fault of Click2Drive). Her instructor Alberto came the day before her driving test for her final driving lesson, he arrived a little early which was great, thankfully I was coming home for lunch and was able to meet him. He was very friendly and professional, I told him how nervous my daughter was since her appointments had been postponed and she had not been out much due to COVID, he reassured me everything would be fine. The next day Alberto returned for her driving test and they went to the Winnetka DMV, without going into too much detail her female tester was not as pleasant, thankfully my daughter passed with flying colors even under extreme pressure! I booked 3 driving lessons and a pre exam lesson. Everyone is so friendly from the reception staff to the instructors. I had 2 lessons with Alberto and he is the best instructor I've ever had! He is very detailed, patient, honest and gives the best constructive feedback! I'm from Australia and he really helped me overcome a lot of fears driving here in the US. The day of the exam I had Jesus run me through pre exam, I was so nervous and he completely made my nerves go away, he is really funny and positive! I passed my driving exam today - first time with only 3 lessons and 1 pre exam lesson and having only practiced twice on the road. Within 2 weeks I have my Drivers License! Hard to make appointments, some of the driving coaches are kind of harsh and mean. They do teach you things, its just it's really hard for you to follow the schedule since the coaches are like so busy and sometimes, they might be sick. Passed my driving test the second time. Missed one of the driving test because of one coach. And I got the elite package which is the most expensive one, but they didn't really follow the course instruction that they wrote on their websites. Jasmine who works at the office is super nice. And one little tip, if they don't pick up the call one time, just keep on calling them, don't listen to the message that they will call you back. They never did. As a new driver with a permit that was expiring in less than a month they were very flexible with my schedules and when my permit was going to expire that they also wanted me to get my test over with so I didnt have to pay another 33 to take my written test. I was really amazed with how well I did over the course of A-Z plan I took which includes taking your test with the Click2Drive car. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because they didnt have a constant instructor, other than that I would have given you guys a 5 star Although there were some problems with the scheduling and not havin a constant instructor it all went well and still passed my behind the wheel test. Out of my 5 lessons. I had a total of 4 instructors. So here are my reviews per each person Alberto: he really did help correct a lot of my old habits when I use to drive with my mom and family, he really made sure that I had fixed whatever was wrong before, before heading out into the business streets Elbeit: (i may have spelled that wrong) if you are looking for someone that can teach you to feel stronger and more confident and getting rid of your phobia of driving he is very straight forward and will correct EVERY LITTLE thing you do on the road and also if you are really looking forward to passing your drivers test and you don't feel too confident he will he able to do that (heads up he does have a bit of a strong accent) can make you feel nervous every now and then but he is there to help get you out if your comfort zone. He does push you a bit to your limit if he feels rather annoyed, he will do the work for you by using his pedals on his side and fixing ur wheel. Edward: So out of all the instructors he was the only one that i had a 2nd lesson with. He is very chill to drive with, really amazing to talk to rather than JUST talking about driving he helps calm you down along the way when driving such as just talking to him about anything from school to hobbies and more. Out of all I do recommend him if you are trying to find someone who won't scare you as much and still be able to help you out. Also he was the only one that took me on the Freeway and the canyons which was rather a great sight since I had never been there. Matt: as well as Elbeit he does have an accent but he does have a mix personality of Elbeit and Edward so if you like what you heard from both then Matt is also a great instructor. He was the instructor that took me for my driving test and he was very motivating and made sure I was not nervous for the test. Out of all the instructors I had. I had a truly great experience with Click2Drive. I've worked with other local services and didn't receive the same level of service. Everyone was very curteous, professional, and friendly. From the driving instructors I worked with (shout out to Luis and Ruby!), to the people behind the scenes who always called back in a timely manner and worked with my schedule (thanks Ariel!), and even the owner, who called me personally to apologize for rescheduling my appointment because they had an issue with the car. Knowing it was my last appointment before my exam, they worked hard to ensure I would be seen the same day, just a few hours later. I signed up for the A to Z package which included 10 total hours (split into 5, 2-hour sessions) of training. As someone who works full-time (sometimes 50/60 hours) and is also a full-time university student, I knew I wouldn't have many opportunities to train on my own. Luis and Ruby were the instructors I worked with and they were so helpful and understanding of my fears and hesitation. They were understanding of my rocky start and busy schedule, ensuring to give me plenty of opportunities to learn during our lessons. Both would give me tips on how to improve, what to keep in mind, and provided plenty of positive feedback. I was really lucky to learn from them and I always felt more confident after each lesson. I was extremely grateful to the administrative staff who scheduled my lessons, my DMV appointment, providing a car and pick-up/drop-off services for the day of the exam. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I was picked up an hour before my exam, was able to drive around and practice a similar route.
