I have been going here for a few years and the oil changes were pretty straightforward. On 9/25 I…read morewent in for an oil change and wanted to use the 49 dollar high mileage promotion. My car takes 7 quarts of oil. Knowing this I expected the price would plus the additional quarts. Sad to say my oil change ended up being $109.00. The tech who I have sympathy for had no explanation and as soon as he gave me my price braced himself as he knew I would not be happy. The promotion is false advertising even with the disclaimer of 5 quarts. Additional quarts are 8-10 dollars for the same Oil that express oil change uses. I expected to pay for the additional quarts but not another 50 bucks. The tech lacked knowledge and could not give me a good reason on why the oil change was so high. I could tell this is a discussion he has had several times with other customers and that is a fundamental issue with your promotions to drive traffic to your centers. I feel ripped off and the promotions and they put their technicians in bad situations as the promotion is false. Needless to say I will be taking my money somewhere else in the future.

They just stared as my friend and I couldn't get it to start and ended up pushing it to the BBQ place next door... I've been thinking about bringing my 3 classics here for service, but after today I will NEVER be back. zero stars UPDATE to your response. Sir we were in the middle of a job underneath a vehicle. You came up asking for a hammer. And wanted us to STOP what we were doin as i was holding up a fuel tank so my partner could bolt it into position. And a hammer was given to you. As soon as a hand was free. Because you said thats what you needed to fix your carburator. We dont mobile sir. Had you asked us to repair it or look at it. When you dropped the hammer off. We would have been happy to help you. But you were wanting something for FREE! we dont free or mobile repair. Then you left your broke down vehicle on our lot. Be glad it wasn't towed off our lot... I went based on reviews. I expect to pay and get back on the road... not for free. What a joke.

We brought it back after a few days and James said that he would need work on it but it is not needed because we do not use the truck that much. He did not try and pressure my father into anything. He did this again with the transmission on the truck. He told my father what was wrong but he could keep driving it for a long while before it would have to be fixed. Really love this place because they do not pressure you into stuff you do not need. I will always take my car here.
