My long term doctor is Dr. Kosmidis. He is fabulous. He sees you as a whole person, not a number. His assistant, Ms. Morrison, is equally fantastic. I left a Saturday morning voicemail for a refill, fully expecting it to be processed on Tuesday or Wednesday, as Monday was a holiday. Ms. Morrison had it filled by Saturday afternoon! This is quite possibly the best medical team I've ever had.

I called ahead and explained my husband might be a few minutes late for his 3:00 p.m. appointment. I was told as long as he arrived by 3:15, he would still be seen. He arrived at exactly 3:15, but the receptionist was not only rude -- she was dismissive and arrogant. She never looked up from her computer while telling him he was late and the doctor was fully booked. No attempt to reschedule was made, and the tone was anything but professional. As a Vietnam veteran, my husband deserves to be treated with dignity. After years of 5-star experiences, we'll now be looking elsewhere for our eye care.
