There are many other dealers who will appreciate your business. I would steer clear of this place they treat people with complete disrespect everybody is always looking for the best price but there's also to something to be said about how you are treated.

As long as a car is being repaired. The warranty is extended. In order to void the warranty they told me to pick up Me car. That would void the warranty. On the way home the fluids were leaking, the oil ran out and the engine light was on. They refused to fix the car. I took it back to the Kia dealer who told me they blew the second engine due to poor workmanship. I have video, photo and documentation to prove it. I sent a letter to the CEO and they have refused to make this right. Iam 71 years old on SSI. Do not do business with them. They have no integrity.

I purchased a used Dodge Durango from Serpentini Chevrolet on July 18. Just one month later, on…read moreAugust 18, and after only 500 miles of driving, the Hemi engine suffered a catastrophic failure. The vehicle still had the Serpentini license plate frame and temporary tag on it, and I had not even made my first payment yet. I understand the risks associated with buying a used vehicle, especially without an extended warranty. Normal wear items such as an A/C repair, water pump, or wheel bearing can happen at any time. What I did not expect was a complete engine failure after only 500 miles. A Hemi engine should not fail that quickly under normal circumstances. I was told the vehicle had been tested on the dealership's six-mile test drive route after this situation. While that may satisfy a basic inspection process, it clearly was not enough to identify a major engine issue. Given how quickly the engine failed, it is difficult not to question whether this vehicle was truly evaluated before being sold. My experience with management was equally disappointing. On August 21, I visited the dealership to speak with Carla, the sales manager, regarding possible solutions. She knew I was there and had been informed of my arrival almost immediately. Despite this, I sat in the showroom for approximately 90 minutes while she interacted with other customers and never acknowledged me. When she finally approached, she responded to being asked if she remembered me by saying, "I guess we sold him a car or something. My name is Carla, nice to meet you." During that conversation, I was told the dealership needed additional information and that I would receive an update by the end of the following day. That call never came. After several days without communication, I contacted the dealership myself and was asked to return on August 27 to discuss options. During that visit, I was informed through a salesperson, not Carla, that I would need to pay approximately $15,000 for a used engine or $19,000 for a new one. I had just financed the vehicle for roughly $20,000. When I wanted to discuss those options directly with Carla, I was told she had already left. This was the second time I visited seeking assistance and was unable to have a meaningful conversation with the person responsible for addressing the situation. On August 29, I met with General Manager Mo Zeda. The options presented were: * Finance a new Silverado priced around $59,000. * Attempt to finance another vehicle separately. * Pay approximately $14,000-$15,000 to replace the engine. * Receive a one-time refund of my $1,500 down payment. None of these options addressed the reality that I had purchased a vehicle that experienced catastrophic engine failure after only 500 miles of ownership. Being encouraged to consider a truck costing nearly three times as much as the vehicle I purchased was not a realistic solution. Referring to the return of my own down payment as a "goodwill" gesture was equally disappointing. This situation has created a significant financial burden and has left me feeling completely unsupported as a customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Serpentini Chevrolet. If you purchase a used vehicle here and decline an extended warranty, be aware that you may be left to deal with the consequences alone, even when a major failure occurs almost immediately after purchase. The vehicle failed after 500 miles. The customer service that followed was non existent.

I'm truly saddened, and I really, really hope it was just oversight due to being busy. So..we took…read moreour Subie in for an oil change. I left with a three page document listing photos and "suggestions" for repairs. A couple were deemed "critical". The total was $3k plus. I was bewildered. I grew up a tomboy (as well as spent two decades with a Honda and Subaru gear head). I know enough about vehicles to not tolerate being taken for a fool at an auto shop or car dealership. The front brakes did need done (rotors and pads and not complete assembly as stated by the dealership). We took the car to Walt's Service in Highland Heights, and they did a fantastic job (OEM parts) -at 20% below dealership quoted price. The mechanic thoroughly cleaned the calipers, etc front & rear for us, stating rear rotors and pads had at least six months wear remaining (the car hasn't been driven much over 40k miles in 7.5 years ). Now, the much larger repair quoted as being critical by the dealership pretty equated to major front suspension work. Thousands of dollars worth! How? As we baby the car and it's almost 7 years old with 41k miles?! So we looked around.. My better half asked around for Subaru repair shop recommendations. God bless his coworkers who recommended Subie Solutions. Sam (the owner/mechanic) spoke with me and *gasp* did NOT proceed to mansplain. So refreshing to speak with a male auto shop owner here in NE Ohio who treats females respectfully and as peers when discussing repairs. We dropped it off, and guess what? The repair was literally 14% of the total given by the dealership. The car runs great now, and I can't be happier. Needless to say, Sam and Subie Solutions has made life long customers of myself and my partner. Absolutely recommend for fellow Subaru owners. Now, what the dealership DOES do at a fair price is convenient and done with good customer service: oil changes. I will continue to get them done there, as they have a stellar customer waiting area that is also dog friendly.

They are a bunch of scammers , buying their mess to keep seeing same results nothing a warranty…read moreforget about it might as well forget it about it is treated as you don't have one ! Speaking from a female driving alone was the most terrifying mess , cops, family trying to locate me , techs don't know anything i seen multiple comments saying similar thing's I'm going off what i experienced and this head fella in charge became upset on a factual Google review being that laws happen to govern me as a consumer they are being sued for everything i can name !!! You are doing a disjustice to anyone in line of a purchase!!! Stay away once it's something they claim can't figure out you back being unsafe !!! Now i am going to give the attn it is due stay away from scammers all they want is a sale and have mountain of evidence i hope by my truthful post it honestly does hurt your business should've honored the warranty while being in Breech!!!! My experience was 100% trash now I'll be in touch with fox 8 on my side!!! Since they get bothered about what's being posted not my safety!!!! Now i will send in my complaints to news room get even more attn!!! You dont have a clue on who you failed the same person who will legally make them do right by me !!!! Overall go to a auction!!! And lastly 1 thing about telling the truth it needs no motivation just as the company only wants positive comments like pretend something on websites that are not true they haven't stood by anything i promise since the purchase they can't show any 1 anything they have serviced after multiple breakdowns and multiple tows that is true to see something towed sat up just about a month in the back come get it same problems , same everything cutting off but mind you a warranty is in place been however comments on Google is far more important like wake up calls recorded early in the morning so a set up was orchestrated because i told my family i am being harrased which entailed gave ganley more of a reason to not fix something that has been there enough times!!! Now 3 times before a post was even made !!! I received same dry ass attitude fob back we can't find problem then they ask do you have a warranty ? What a joke yeah over 2 years your warranty and still 0 results now they have this mission which is interesting considering the down playing and expecting and requiring to much for nothing i can promise you the narrative she's problematic we will let the necessary ones determine that i have no dang reason to hang out in freaking dealerships that isn't interested in nothing but a purchase and waiting till my warranty runs out to find the problem 1 thing is my age is where I'm protected even more but because i just lost my spouse litterly they also knew that seeing Kenny is with me when bringing it in and he taken ill and the unempathetic souls took advantage of that and some places honestly are like that i have family but nobody should be woken up !!! , trying Intimidate me !!!!! And giving me a unfixd truck that is how i recll it !!! So does my receipts !!!! And seeing all the feedback my truth is too much to receive feedback i almost can bet anything you won't see any regarding something they won't do and have a legal rite to do it !!! If someone possess more concern about a bad rep wouldn't it made sense to do what i keep coming in there for and 1st time of purchase not exactly sure what a person suppose to think and it isn't not 1 time has it be told to me i havnt not had it maintenance because i honestly have tire lite or a nail in a tire no big deal vs cutting off i do go visit to ny i should'nt feel limited paying on something i can't depend on !!!! And now I'm being complicated yeah now I'm stuck with something!!!! Then the freaking oil changes prices can be beat !!! They use that against you or remind you like so what where i go !!! That has nothing to do with this contract being breeched only way i know is to tell the truth isn't like nothing been sent regarding bad practice dealing because that is exactly what it was ! And i was thinking dealerships wouldn't want the press to reach out placing a blemish on the business i can't honestly care about a business vs my safety!!!! And lastly thru the Magnuson - Moss - Warranty - Act !!!! So whatever the reason I'm sent out , away another year later i am within the guidelines to be a 100% protected and we can take it from there !!! I'll say how ever many times i feel the need not keeping me safe upon multiple times are you kidding me !!! So I'll make being inconvenienced worth my while !!!! They didn't even let me replace the gas or pretty much nothing and if my experience was with any other dealerships i would be doing same thing honestly. Unprofessional at best and the object is to resolve situations that has been addressed feels like i have worse than a lemon i just don't see the point of this warranty.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.
