I wanted a communicative, honest and competent mechanic to work with me/my insurance and this was him!! Lemme tell you, Marius has his sh** together. The boy knows bikes and not only did he and his assistant fix all the broken things (including finding another shop's almost fatal mistake) but he also worked with me to customize upgrades that I wanted. He's knowledgeable, experienced, polite and flexible. I was always updated with progress with pictures and was asked thorough questions to be sure he was understanding my goals. Never did I feel rushed or taken advantage of and he was gracefully patient with me the whole time. Although there was no immediate rush as to a deadline, my bike was ready sooner than later. Handed him a bit of loose cash for doing extras I asked for which he almost refused, so he's one of these guys who appreciates a tip but doesn't expect one. But tip him, folks! Do not call Jay. Jay…read more(or Jason) has problems with his personal life which. So he is drinking constantly alcohol during the day every day. He took my motorcycle in June and promised to fix or replace forks, seals, sprocket, change oil and fix plastic. And said he'll do it in 3 to 7 days I didn't bother him for 3-5 weeks. Then he was hiding from me obviously being in the house, he would promise other dates to finish the job. His phone would be off %60 of the time. He had tons of excuses like "my mom or my dad died" (you can find same type of reviews in Yelp on this page as well) Super unresponsive. In 2 and a half months he gave me my motorcycle with absolutely NOTHING done and returned my money. Motorcycle's condition was even worse now. He also forgot to put back some parts and I had to come back and pick them up I would not write this as I feel sorry for the guy, but people need to know what they are getting in to.

I wanted to ensure a safe purchase through escrow. They charged me for their escrow service, I wired the money, and without getting the title or other collateral to confirm any articles of ownership, they wired the money directly to the seller. That's not escrow. Look it up. 2) Their "partnership" with shippers is not a true partnership. I expected a date for pick up, and after asking for updates constantly every few days, was given one, which then turned in to "Well, they got some other business and have to pick the bikes up first, so you'll have to wait". That's not a partnership, and it sure as hell isn't "white glove service". 3) They don't know the state laws around title transfers. They're hands off on the titles which makes this auction site vulnerable to scams. 4) It took over three months for me to receive and title the bike I purchased, and due to their lack of knowledge around state laws, I had to run around to rectify an issue due to one state requiring a state to witness the transfer title document. So, in a nutshell, these guys use a website to connect sellers and buyers, charge you a large fee without offering any assurances to the buyer or seller to reduce/eliminate scams, and charge for a white glove service where they don't know what they are doing and brag about partnerships they don't have. The CEO jumped in the email thread around this whole issue and I offered to detail to him the above issues, but he has not responded. Purchasing parts is one thing, but I would avoid the auctions. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The first time we came in he was screaming at one staff member in front of me and then when we came back he was blaming another for his own mistake. Overall the work was good but it pains me to see staff treated so poorly. The other thing that was a disappointment was I was told my bike would be ready on a specific day. When I arrived one day later to get it the owner had zero memory of me and, of course, had not even touched the bike. I got the sense that this is incredibly common at this shop as the staff privately asked me who told me it would be ready and then rolled their eyes when I said who as if this is so common. Lucky I took a photo of the receipt (only once I could produce it did my bike appear).
