I reached out to a couple other businesses on Yelp, and Terry was the first one to respond! He was able to quote me a flat rate based on the number of panels we had, and he was very responsive. I waited for other businesses to respond to compare prices, and Terry is by far the most reasonably priced out of the several other businesses that responded. He was very communicative and flexible with scheduling. He showed up on time and was very professional and informative. After answering my questions, he got straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I really appreciate the before and after pictures, as well as offering reminder texts when it's time for the next cleaning. He also offers bird netting to protect your panels, and he offered a very generous bundle price if we decided to add on the bird netting during our next cleaning. Overall, Terry was professional, communicative, straight to the point, and it's obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work. I will be definitely be recommending Veteran Solar Panel Cleaning to my family and friends! :)

After no follow up on his part Kevin arrived to my family home and we asked if he uses non mineralized water so the solar panels wont mess up with deposit or build up. Kevin said no that it was on the advertisement. (Not the one I seen) Please note I didn't see anything on the advertisement stating that he uses regular water. We denied his service and then he told my daughter to go fuck off before before she closed the door. Now in my opinion no one should have to deal or give business to a person that cusses out there daughter or the home owner at their own home because of a disagreement. Kevin then texts me and want compensation. Text messages attached... As the yelp viewers can read Kevin did acknowledge cussing at my daughter which is a juvenile by the way not an adult. No matter how you look at it Kevin nobody wants a person coming to their home and cussing out anyone because it could of taken a whole different route if I wasn't in the shower. I just want my roof and panels to be cleaned without the damage to the panels! Be respectful always and learn with this because it will come bite you one day, maybe now? Let the Yelp viewers decide if they want a person like you to mess up there panels and or be disrespectful. Ps... I don't have any other communication texts mentioned on Kevin response, please post if necessary to you. It will not change what you said. Again don't offer solar panel cleaning with the pigeon proofing if you are not doing it right, thats a law suit waiting to happen.

It's always scary having someone come to do work on your house, but our Reinmanpro team were amazing the whole way through. I called on 6/25 to book an inspection, and they were able to come out a week later to get us set up with a quote. Mark came out to help us and I knew we were in good hands! He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. So glad we found you Reinmanpro team!

All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed. Overall, ReinmanPro did great work, and we are planning to have them back once a year for solar panel cleaning. I'd like to give a big thank you to Mark, Armando, and Robert!

She responded to all questions faster than anyone I have ever delt with. Thank you Shawna for being you and representing your company perfectly. The cleaning was so easy as the tech took care of everything. Prior to the cleaning, the panels were generating 8.2 KW. After the cleaning we went up to 12,2KW. With having two electric cars and only charging at home and working from home, WOW, what a difference! Please keep in mind, we had our panels installed in January 2026 and cleaning was August 10, 2026. I will with no hesitation, will be having them come out at least 2 if not three times a year.
