So I communicated with Kevin from Pigeon Proofing Pros and scheduled a solar cleaning and bird proofing for today 8/25/26. After no follow up on his part Kevin arrived to my family home and we asked if he uses non mineralized water so the solar panels wont mess up with deposit or build up. Kevin said no that it was on the advertisement. (Not the one I seen) Please note I didn't see anything on the advertisement stating that he uses regular water. We denied his service and then he told my daughter to go fuck off before before she closed the door. Now in my opinion no one should have to deal or give business to a person that cusses out there daughter or the home owner at their own home because of a disagreement. Kevin then texts me and want compensation. Text messages attached... As the yelp viewers can read Kevin did acknowledge cussing at my daughter which is a juvenile by the way not an adult. No matter how you look at it Kevin nobody wants a person coming to their home and cussing out anyone because it could of taken a whole different route if I wasn't in the shower. I just want my roof and panels to be cleaned without the damage to the panels! Be respectful always and learn with this because it will come bite you one day, maybe now? Let the Yelp viewers decide if they want a person like you to mess up there panels and or be disrespectful. Ps... I don't have any other communication texts mentioned on Kevin response, please post if necessary to you. It will not change what you said. Again don't offer solar panel cleaning with the pigeon proofing if you are not doing it right, thats a law suit waiting to happen. read more

Pigeon Proofing Pros did a phenomenal job. I reached out to different companies and Kevin from PPP had the best pricing in town. Kevin responded quickly, was punctual, affordable went above and beyond my request. No sales pitch and no upselling, just true and honest work. I requested solar panel wash, bird proofing solar panels with mesh, and roof tiles cleaning. He exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend his services. read more

We had an issue with pigeons nesting around our solar panels. We were really impressed by how quickly they responded -- I received a quote almost immediately after reaching out. Their quote was very reasonable. Kevin and his team were efficient, friendly, and clearly experienced. They completed the job quickly and to a very high standard. The quality of their work gave us a peace of mind. Highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with pest birds! Thanks again! read more

PHENOMENAL!!! I live in a new housing community in hemet and it is infested with flying rats! (Pigeons of course) They love to nest under the solar panels, poop on the top and sides of our homes, and wake us up at 4 am with incessant cooing! That's where Kevin comes in. He serves those trash birds with a proper eviction notice and gives them the boot for good! Bird wires, bird spikes, getting rid of the nest, washing away all the poop, cleaning the panels... he did the works! His prices for his service are exceptional, and the value of his service far surpasses the price. And overall, he's just an awesome guy to work with! He's funny, knowledgeable, and straightforward! I would say solid and down to earth for sure. I've passed out cards to my neighbors and recommended him personally. I think Kevin might rid our entire neighborhood of Pigeons! Thanks a million, Kevin! read more

Pigeon Proofing Pros did an outstanding job on our home. Kevin came right on time for the appointment window and went to work. He did an amazing job. We had a pretty bad pigeon problem on our roof and the cooing was driving us crazy! Kevin cleaned up everything very well and made our solar panels look brand new which will improve our solar panel consumption. The work he did was thorough, and my husband and I were well-informed of the entire process too - he was super communicative. We cannot recommend Pigeon Proofing Pros enough for any issues with pigeons on your roof or just general solar panel cleaning. Kevin even went above and beyond and took the time to wash our dirty trash can lids. Outstanding service! Thank you Kevin and Pigeon Proofing Pros! Definitely recommending him to everyone we know! read more

Pigeon Proofing Pros (Kevin & one other person with him that morning) is. a. life saver! First off, I wrote in our community FB group about a previous pigeon / bird proofing company we hired for our home completely scam the crap out of us & to stay away. Kevin quickly reached out & not only apologized for our experience with that company, but offered to stop by our house to see if the work that company did was actually good / decent. Kevin told us that they half assed most of the work & that he would happily fix it & do better. At the time, we couldn't hire Kevin on because we were still trying to make up for what happened with the last company. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when we saw some swallows building a nest at the highest point of our house, where my husband would be unable to take their nest down. My husband suggested I reach out to Kevin to see if he'd be able to assist us with that. Kevin messaged us back so quickly & said he does that type of work & that he would stop by next day to check it out. He did exactly just that. Kevin & my husband met up & my husband even had some other issues about birds, like our patio cover & the birds nesting up there. Kevin was able to help us with that, too. The same night, Kevin wrote up a proposal, let us know how much we'd spend on everything & that he would even fix the previous company's crappy work. Gave us an amazing price & we moved forward with Kevin. He immediately ordered the parts he needed & we scheduled him for the following week. Came right on time & even finished in a timely manner. He even offered to come back from picking up his kids from school so that he could do a walkthrough with my husband since he wasn't home when he finished the job. Kevin was just amazing throughout everything, a lot more than what we got from a company that said they've been around for years & had been doing this type of work on a lot of new homes in the area. Kevin communicates well & in a timely manner. He also cleans up after himself (which the other company DID NOT, & was something they said they'd come back & fix), he takes pictures of his completed work & sends it over, allows you to ask as many questions as you need & he'll answer them all, & most of all he shows up on time & gets the work done & correctly. My husband said that this is the first contractor / company that we've hired to do work on our house that he's been satisfied with & also felt good about cause Kevin was super kind, super helpful, & made sure we were satisfied with his work. read more

Kevin was fantastic and a really stand up guy about the whole process. He added pigeon guards around our new solar panels, let me know about broken roof tiles and even pressure washed non roof areas of the house that were looking pretty scuzzy. Would 100% recommend and will use in the future if needed. read more

Can I say amazing?! I waited a few days to see the results, and I am delighted to say not a pigeon our roof! Pigeon Pros set me up amazing. Friendly, fast, thorough and amazing work. I see birds all around my neighbors houses but none on mine. They were very good about explaining everything that I needed and made sure I got what was needed to keep my solar and roof intact. Absolutely amazing!!! We have the worst pigeon problems in our area and the other company i usually went with wasn't getting back to me so I decided to try Yelp and came across pigeon pros!! Soo glad I did, I was literally sweeping and rinsing pigeon poop off my cement daily and ever since he came out and installed the pigeon wire we barely see anything!! I wish I had pictures of my backyard cement before just to show how bad it was compared to now. Definitely will be using Kevin again to clean our panels and would recommend him to anyone needing panels cleaned or pigeons dealt with. read more

Kevin with Pigeon Proofing Pros was so great to work with. He was able to give us a quote through text message, which made it so easy as my job fills up my week. I'm a teacher, and PPP offers a teacher discount which was awesome. We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels, and were constantly on our roof. Kevin cleaned all the poop from the roof (it was a lot), screened off our solar panels and added bird wire to the roof. The wire works like spikes, but almost invisible. Since Kevin did our pigeon proofing I don't hear the cooing anymore and don't see pigeons on my roof. I feel kinda bad because I think the pigeons that were on our home, are now on my neighbors. Thanks again Kevin and Pigeon Proofing Pros. read more

Kevin responded quickly with a quote and provided excellent service. he came out and pigeon proofed my solar panels and set up lines so they can't hang out. I am very pleased and am kicking myself for not calling years ago. now my neighbors can enjoy housing all the pigeons that used to call my panels home. read more

This is an outstanding and effective solution to bird proofing your house and protecting your investment in solar panel. Since Kevin did the job in January, we have been virtually bird poop free. We have reclaimed our backyard. This was such a great service. Also, Kevin follows up after the job is done to guarantee his work. Can't thank him enough! read more
