Why go to another place and have to leave my car all over again . Worst mistake ever. After some time received a call by the shop to ask if It was okay if they removed my defrost completely to do the back window I then said no it was okay to leave it alone they said okay NEVER once mentioned they removed half the tint it originally had already. the owner Robert confirmed with someone at his shop that they never mentioned they had started removing half the tint if they had i would have said just finish it then. they returned my back window like the second picture. I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. Mind you I paid extra for 5 year warranty which I am now not even getting anymore. The problem was Robert the guy in the front was nice and polite nothing against anybody else but the owner Robert

Oh my goodness!! One stop was phenomenal! We had a rock hit our windshield and needed it repaired…read moreas soon as possible. Our insurance didn't cover, so we knew we anticipated having to fork over a lot of pennies. I went on Next Door and One Stop and Safelite amongst some others were recommended. Got a few quotes, but NOTHING compared to the competitive pricing One Stop offered. Not to mention, their reviews were excellent and customer service from start to finish, on the phone and in-person was top notch. We were sold! Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too! George was amazing! And the ladies handling the finances were also. They also gave us a little military veteran discount. So happy we took a leap with them and ended up supporting locally!

Had an appointment at 3 PM. My vehicle was ready by 4:30 customer service here was exceptional. Even the technicians were professional. I got received the same replacement on my Jeep, which is a brand new 2025 so they gave me the same windshield that is authorized and compatible. It looks clean. It looks smooth. I'm really happy now. I don't have to feel crazy with a little crack in my windshield because I'm a person that does not like stuff like that. Also definitely makes a difference when you have insurance so I will add that mine covered basically the entire thing except $50 deductible.

I spoke directly with the manager, and instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by their technician, he refused to take accountability. I was then told by Frank that he would inform the manager and that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. It feels like they are avoiding responsibility and hoping the issue just goes away. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and follow-up was very disappointing. Beware of taking your vehicle to this location. If something gets damaged, don't expect them to stand behind their work.

We drove by anyways after it had closed, but some of the employees were still around. Got lucky that the Windshield was in-stock and they replaced the old cracked one in 15 min!!! Two employees jumped on the problem and got us taken care of FAST!! The Windshield looked great and we are super happy with the service. No uncharted for after hour work or anything. All way below what we had been quoted at other shops. Did I mention this was on a Saturday?!? Best $175 ever spent. Highly recommend.

I don't normally post reviews, but my experience today was extremely disappointing and upsetting…read more We went to have the front windshields replaced on two vehicles. Immediately afterward, I discovered that my car alarm was no longer working. I had never experienced any issues with it before, and the problem occurred after the windshield replacement. When I returned right away, I explained what had happened and asked them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied causing the damage and told me I would have to take the vehicle to an alarm shop to have it fixed. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I explained that the issue had never existed before and that I believed it happened when the alarm was handled, but my concerns were dismissed. Now I'm left with another problem and an additional expense that could have been avoided if they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue. PLEASE be very careful when choosing this business. If something goes wrong during your service, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. DON'T GO THERE.
