In…read morethis short time, I've learned how to pay attention to my body's signals and honor them whenever certain foods don't agree with me and when I'm lacking certain primary foods. Being able to be mindful of this is so valuable to me and I'm so grateful to Jaime for her knowledge and guidance in making this happen for me. I have less inflammation and bloating, I eat more home-cooked meals and vegetables, I drink more water, my gut feels good, I'm calmer and sleeping through the night, have more energy and I feel better in my clothes! After this program, I now have the tools to help me pick the right foods that is good for MY health and now know there are plenty of healthy alternatives out there. I found Jana in Yelp, gave her a call and scheduled my first appointment. Her rate was very reasonable and in our first session she explained the science behind eating correctly and gave me a meal plan with a verity of choices that allows me to eat the foods I enjoy and after 3 months lost over 15 lbs and now am just 3 lbs away from my goal weight. I meet with Jana about twice a month and we go over the meal plan and she provides new strategies and introduces new foods that I can implement into my plan. I sought a personal trainer for the first ever because at…read more68 I was feeling increasingly weak and my balance was an issue I've had a lumbar herniated disc, bulging discs through the rest of my spine, knee, shoulder,wrist and hand surgeries. What a mess! I'd like to take care of myself as long a possible. The machines are doctor designed. I move the weights slowly with Linda keeping an eye on my form so I don't hurt myself. By the way, my shoulder and knee were Injured working out at a regular gym. I have more than doubled the amount of weight for each machine. My balance is better. I feel much stronger, happier and easily take care of me. Because the weights moved are heavy, I only need to workout once a week. Great use of my time. I am one healthy 69 year old.
