As someone who travels extensively & has been to many pools, in many states with my kid, this was…read morehands down the worst! Went for the recreation swimming, complete waste of time & money, thankfully it was only $5, so not much money wasted. Swimming facilities are ok, nothing special. But if your young child can't swim yet, don't even bother wasting your time. They micromanage you with a bunch of rules. No life jackets allowed which is INSANE. Front desk lady tried to gaslight me & say that's a normal policy in most places which it is NOT. She needs to get out more. I've been all across the country & not one other places I've been to has ever had that rule, in fact it's the opposite in most places--non-swimmers are REQUIRED to wear them. So basically my kid couldn't do anything but sit there hanging on the edge of the pool. I tried to walk around the pool with her on my back, again, like I do everywhere else & they said I can't do that either. I couldn't swim cuz I had to watch my child at all times just hanging on the edge of the pool. Not fun at all. Locked rooms are only 18+, so couldn't use that either cuz my kid is with me. Just a bunch of pointless weird rules & micromanaging that doesn't exist anywhere else I've ever seen. Save your money & time & go somewhere else. We ended up just going to raging waters where we have season passes, she can wear life jackets allowed, & we have way more fun.

Working with Sunsplash Pool Builders was one of the best decisions we made for our home. From the…read morevery beginning, they were clear, communicative, and professional. The entire construction process went so smoothly--it honestly couldn't have gone better. The only hiccup came from delays with the city's building department where they needed extra steel reinforcement, but Sunsplash handled everything with patience and kept us updated the whole time. Their quote came in a bit higher than some others we received, but looking back, I'm so glad we chose them. The peace of mind, the quality of the work, and the total lack of issues made it well worth it. You really get what you pay for. We love our new pool, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunsplash to anyone looking to build or remodel. They truly care about the work they do and it shows.

The 4 racquetball courts are fully functional with all ceilings lights working. Rare in NY, NJ and Fl. There are ample hand wipe stations that are placed throughout and always stocked. Thank you to their stellar maintenance personnel. The steam room is alive and working. The sauna is hot, hot, HOT!!! The dumbbells stay in the weight area and are reracked. No treasure hunt needed. The members are chill. The front desk - happy, warm and on the ball. There is lots of free and convenient parking. The best - the GM Jeremiah - we had a situation on Thursday 01/01/25 where a racquetball player from Chino collapsed on the court. Jeremiah stepped up - the ambulance was there in less than 2 minutes and the FD in 4. He stayed with our friend and us throughout and ensured all was well. He reached out to the member at home and updated us on his condition and status today. Jeremiah consistently gets a trophy for top sales in the area/region. We also love him as a wonderful human being and wrote to LAF Corporate to recognize him as a stand up, solid and very caring and kind individual. Again rare and inspiring!

We have a pool so being pool safe is a must, with her being younger than 3 I didn't expect for her to excel like she did. My daughter is a tough one, she is difficult to work with because she takes a long time to open up to strangers (which isn't good when you are an instructor lol) Samantha was so very patient with her, always smiling and being calm. My daughter fed off that energy. Knowing her if she was with someone impatient or demanding she wouldn't enjoy it . Yes the first 2-3 days are tough. She had mixed feelings. But by day 3-4 she was excited to go to swim class. She learned how to swim out of a pool in the event of an accidental fall. I will sign up next year again and can't wait for my son to be close to 3 to sign him up as well. Thank you Lifetime Swimmers !
