July 27 , 2022 was a wonderful day when Kevin with Clear Solutions Pool Plastering called & set an appointment for later that same day . He went through the whole process of removing old plaster & tile . Then resealing & plastering everything from start to finish . He gave me an approximate estimate and said he would email a copy of their contract with firm estimate within a few hours the same day. I was very impressed with Kevin , very professional & knowledgeable in pool restoration. He stayed in close contact & assured me he was available by phone ,text or email anytime . Amazingly I was filling my newly plastered pool on August 8 , 2022. The pool over 25 yrs old looks like a new pool. They sent a different crew of professionals for each faze . Kevin communicated with me from start to finish. The pool is beautiful , so much easier to maintain & uses considerably less chemicals. I would recommend Clear Solutions Pool Plastering for any kind of pool restoration. I can't say enough great things about Blair and the entire crew at Clear Solutions. They're prompt, professional, on budget, and their quality is second to none. Our pool was in some trouble. The plaster was seriously flaking off, and the coping and tile were 1980's-tastic. (Brown bullnose coping with festive blue tile). I'd e-mailed a few places to see if I could get a quote or two. Blair at Clear Solutions responded right away. He happened to be in the area, so within 30 minutes of sending out the initial e-mail, he was on site taking a look around. Their quote was very reasonable, and Blair and his crew are very competent and approachable. He didn't try to up-sell us or do any other high pressure stuff, he was just there to help. They ended up chipping out all the old plaster, putting in new plaster, replacing the coping with natural stone, and putting in a much classier tile. Not only does the pool look like a million bucks, but Blair was there every step of the way. He kept us in the loop as the pool moved through the renovations project, and he took great care of us and our pool. I'm not a frequent yelp-er. In fact, this is my first review. I am not connnected in any way with the principal owners of this Austin Business, but I will tell you the Mr. Blair Lenoir is one of the finest gentlemen you will ever meet. I suffer from Parkinson's and last week I tired to get home from the grocery store and my body gave out half way back to my home. I was virtually stranded. Mr. LeNoir took the time and effort to pull over after many other cars just drove by and assisted me. While I can not comment on the work this company does I can say without any hestitation Blair Lenoir is a very decent caring individual, and for my money I wouldn't hesitate to utilize him for any maintenance, repair or renovation for a pool. I live in the Scofield ridge area and have used clear solutions for almost as long as I've had my pool. At first I attempted to do the work myself which did not end in much success. Once my pool began to build an alge layer on the wall I knew I needed help. I called clear solutions and they arrived the next day. I expected a typical pool guy, but the owner himself actually arrived. He tested the water right there and explained my problem. His price was very fair so I decided to give them a shot.
