MIL goes in today to get it refunded or replaced and the guy at counter said "it's bloom, it's aged like fine wine" yes except wine isn't fluffy, smelling like a basement and blue. I loved this cigar lounge but if their staff can't identify what crystallized oil and fluffy MOLD is then I don't think people should shop here. Mold sporulates and will spread.

The only thing I wish they would do is offer merchandise with some variety and maybe put their logo on the back of a hoodie!
