It had everything we needed for our stay. Beds had fresh linens, kitchen was spotless, there was some fire wood left on the front porch for us to use. I would highly recommend this place if your looking to do any trail riding. You can ride straight out from the cabin to all the trail systems. Amanda was very accomodating, she called the day we were set to arrive to ensure everything was good and if there was anything we needed. I mentioned we were coming up for an anniversary trip, she was sure to have a fresh set of flowers on the table for the wife. Cannot say enough good about this place!

Everything was covered in dust, spiderwebs, broken light fixtures, missing remotes, even the bathtub stopper was broken and the windows have NOT been cleaned in some time and just forget about sleeping in because out of 11 windows over half did NOT even have blinds but it did have wasp -alive everywhere inside -in December! (EpiPen is a must have) Everything about this place is a lie, the pictures that they are selling you are not the reality of it at all, the front porch steps are rotted, the porch roof needs a lot of work. And no there's not enough silverware for 8 people, there's only one tablespoon! And only two cheap PLASTIC wine glasses and 1 champagne glass. But if you have no problems staying in filth and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (I called the owners when we woke the next morning after realizing the level of filth we were in, we did not see it when we arrived because it was extremely late due to very bad directions and not having a CORRECT address, to demand a refund but the owners did not answer nor did they return any of my calls!! I also posted a very thorough review on their Facebook page but the owners removed it and blocked me because I posted the REAL pictures of what they are selling you, that I am posting here as well!! But I have contacted Vrbo and submitted all the photos along with the directions that I was given -remind you they never even gave me the address! And I will relentlessly continue to contact everyone in my power to have this listing removed!! So NO, I absolutely would NEVER RECOMMEND this filthy place!! This facility has a million dollar view and is surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest. During the April 8, 2024, the owner created new RV sites for customers and only charged $88 for a three night stay. This is during the time when others were charging hundreds of dollars for a multi-night stay in a field in primitive conditions for this once in a lifetime event. Expect to see great things from these owners.
