I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sammy Bai & his aestheticians there and the amazing experience I had during my first Botox treatment. His whole team is incredibly thoughtful and attentive and I felt like my comfortability was their number one concern. The actual injection experience was just as comfortable. My forehead was adequately numbed before the injections and it was over before I know it. Afterward, Sammy made sure I was still comfortable and reiterated what to expect from the treatment as well as the necessity for a follow-up. I'm 26 years old and I had some lines beginning to form in my forehead and between my brows and the treatment was subtle enough to allow for movement, but effective enough to give me all the confidence I desired from the treatment. Dr. Sammy gave me the just the natural look I was hoping for while literally erasing the worries from my face. I've been to numerous clinics (OMG I SWEAR...)around nyc areas and most of them were random skin care places running without certified dermatologist/practitioner. Later overheard from people saying they may offer cheap prices but that is mainly due to the cheap injections they use for Botox and Filler. My tip is to keep an eye on the promotions they offer. I rarely write reviews but I had to come on Yelp and share my real experience after reading all those obnoxious reviews below... Since I've being treated by this clinic over a year and visiting this page time-to-time, I noticed there are so many haters who write fake reviews here! (I was like "wow, maybe they are literally getting systematically hired and paid by competitors or something?!") Apparently I've been to other clinics around Bayside including the ones owned by other Korean or Chinese American practitioners. What I noticed is the laser machines (or whatever you name it) are most newly updated in comparison to the ones from other clinics. They recently deployed the few more last month and it is hard to fine those from anywhere else. The reviews below are mostly about how they 'felt' about the Doctor or staffs over there which raised my suspicion A LOT.. Obviously the doctor there is not on drugs lol!!! Personally I had never received that impression from him so far and most of them are nice and working busy with incoming patients. In terms of the actual result of the lasers, my experience was over satisfactory so I even ended up introducing this place to my colleagues in need for Botox and acne. 3 of them bought promotional packages so the price itself was affordable as well. read more

Just did my second time laser treatment here, I have to say this is the best place for your skin. I had dark spots on both of my cheek for 3 year already, have to cover them every day with full coverage foundation. Last year, I started to seeing dermatologist and did 3 times pecosure. After first time, the result was good, I could see the spots are getting lighter. However, there were no improvement at all for the following treatments. My dermatologist suggested for 3 more treatments but I did not want to do it as my skin get thinner for 0 results. The doc at this clinic checked my spot and explained to me very professionally why the results with pecosure did not work well. I took his advice switched to another laser treatment. I could see that my skin was so glowing after one week for the first treatment and the spot is fading as well. One of the reason I like this clinic is they treat every procedure very carefully. Each time after the treatment, I was given a very nice facial treatment to clam down my skin. So there is no downtime at all. I resume to work right after the treatment. I'm very surprised to see there are few negative reviews. The funny thing is I noticed there are some reviews which are all positives have been hidden and marked "not recommended reviews"! What the deal here?? The clinic looks just as it shows on the pictures! The staffs there are all very friendly and knowing what they are doing ! As to Dr, Sammy Bai, I'm very thankful that I have met him ! I have been with the other doctor for over 15 years until I switched to Dr. Bai. I knew I can trust him right after the 1st visit. I have recommended my friends to Dr. Bai, all of them are very satisfied and happy about their results! I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. I had such embarrassing cystic acne and acne scars and the people at this click as well as Dr. Bai have went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with exactly what was needed for my face. They took their time talking to me and finding out my concerns and knew exactly how to treat it. I cannot explain how grateful I am to Dr. Bai and his team. Have been coming to this clinic since 2015, Dr Bai and Jinny had worked together and changed my skin completely. I use to have very sensitive acne-prone skin, clogged pores and many acne scars. They planned out treatments to deep clean, resurfacing then rejuvenate my skin, step by step. Now I always get compliments on my skin like never before. This place differentiate itself as " performed by doctor" thermage procedure done today was performed by a trainee ( didn't see any license). Anyone who is reading this would understand how I feel when paying the price for doctor but used as labrat. Supposedly under medical environment. A trainee presence requires patient approval. Even if thermage is not a medical procedure, I would appreciate prior notice. The doctor started on my face and proceeds to pause and explain to the trainee where/how to continue. First, It an nice and clean clinic.This is the only place can heal my acne problem, I did 5 times acne treatment here and then the acne problem get helped. Now I do my Botox and regular facial treatments here to keep my skin stable. The front desk girls are nice and polite, the doctor is also nice and answered all the questions you asked.
