I received a detailed response within minutes of posting…read more Alex detailed my CX-5. The outside was pretty bad! Bird poop and major build up of dirt. I went over a year without washing it. My windows were my biggest concern!!! I could barely see through them! Now, they are so clean that they are invisible!!! The inside is beautiful!!!!! Looks brand new! Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! I just parked my vehicle and they came to me. There was a short introduction and he went to work! It was top tier service! Thank you, Alex and Centex! You have earned a new customer!!!! I highly recommend!

Incredible attention to detail. Better results than the 'luxury' shops for a much better price…read more I recently brought my SUV to Jim at **Perfection Auto Detailing** on South Congress (right near Hill's Cafe), and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have two kids, so even though I try to keep the car tidy, it inevitably ends up with the usual signs of family life--crumbs in the crevices, sticky fingerprints on the doors, and plenty of dust. It wasn't in terrible shape, but it definitely felt "lived in" and was overdue for a serious reset. Jim did an absolutely phenomenal job. He is clearly an "old-school" professional who takes a lot of pride in his craft. He didn't just wipe it down; he meticulously detailed every inch. When I picked it up, the interior felt crisp and brand new again. The leather was perfectly conditioned (not greasy), and he managed to get all those tricky spots around the seats that are usually impossible to reach. What really impressed me was the value. I have paid significantly more at other "high-end" detailing shops in Austin and received less attention to detail. Jim treats your vehicle like it's his own, and his pricing is incredibly fair for the level of work he puts in. If you are looking for an honest expert who will make your car look showroom-ready again without the markup of the big franchise shops, Jim is your guy. Highly recommended.

Sean addressed concerns I had with some scuffs/chips on my new car. Was originally going to do just a paint correction, but ended adding on a full ceramic coat + standard ppf on the front. Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! Sean gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered right on time - no delays. The stang is looking fantastic again. Can't thank yall enough! Highly recommend coming here for paint correction/ceramic/ppf install

I made an appointment for noon on Friday, and when I showed up was a little surprised by how small the place was and a lot surprised by how busy it was! There were 4 cars in front of me and I could hardly get out of the way of the outgoing lane until an employee started directing cars and got things more organized. I was worried the quote of an hour would t cover the time waiting for the wash but it ended up being right at an hour total and I was completely happy with my mini detail! My lesson is maybe don't go right at lunch lol, it was much quieter when I left at 1. For $100 my car was shiny on the outside and fresh, clean, and conditioned on the inside! I specified I wanted the console and glove box cleaned (and had emptied them out in preparation) and they both looked great at finish. The indoor waiting area is decent, a little warm but certainly better than outside and there is a bathroom and plenty of seating. Later on during the day, I received a call from the company asking that I move the appointment time to 9 am. I was unable to make that appointment work, but I went ahead and scheduled my husband's vehicle to be cleaned at 9 AM. The next morning I woke up at 7 AM to multiple text messages, one asking me to move the appointment to 8 am. Assuming they were talking about the 9 AM appointment for my husband's vehicle, I obliged. I was able to get this confusion sorted by their customer service and I let them know my husband's truck is ready in the driveway, unlocked. I receive a call and am informed that they are not able to begin working on my husband's truck because they do not have the right vehicle information for my husbands truck. After all the confusion I asked that the whole detail be cancelled because this is becoming too much trouble. Customer service informed me i would be subject to pay $80 for a cancellation fee. I do not feel that is fair considering all of the confusion in this situation. They will not be receiving my business and I regret ever booking my two vehicles to be detailed by them.
