I've been searching online and the boring box stores for some good inexpensive quality speakers for…read moremy personal laptop setup. Fortunately, I decided to venture down a search into the more local small businesses and came upon this cool old school & quirky shop. I think the gentleman's name was Jim. Older dude that could pass as your nerdy techy friend who's probably collected every tech gadget since the original Tron came out. Told him what I was looking for but I gradually got discouraged as all he was showing me were the bigger style bigger sound units that are common for home systems. But, alas! With a little patience we revealed a new treasure: smaller desk top speakers! Minor speaker mesh stains on the front but super decent with a little TLC. He was super friendly and chill, even making an effort to find parts that could potentially be missing from this set (like compatible power cord). It also came with an amp box that I've got sitting below my desk table, which was a nice surprise (I keep it plugged in for the deeper sounds or just unplugged for more "regular(?)" crispy audio). All that for a really awesome deal; I think it was something like $15-30 or something crazy like that. Good shit, dude! Thank you. If you're looking for small speakers, I probably snagged the last set but I definitely recommend this place for any help with acheiving 2 things at once: reusing/upcycling any sort of old working electronics and supporting a damn good local friendly small business.

Worst, meanest retail experience of my life. Long story short the one girl working, Megan…read more(shockingly the assistant manager) was not only unhelpful she was unprofessional & mean. When I first walked in I was greeted by her saying "I'm new, they just threw me here & to be honest this place sucks". Already off to a great start....I should've listened to the red flags. They had giant 50% for pro members signs on a kiosk of toys..didn't specify anything special. She assured me multiple times the sale was valid & she even double checked at checkout and when I thought the math was wrong she said "no, it took off the discount! That's a great price!". Later reading my receipt I saw it took only 5% so I went back to ask about this. She kept chalking it up to being gamestops fault and she doesn't understand why the sign says that & the discount won't work. Okay, so then I ask if she can manually fix it. She says no. Then I ask to return it, she says no return on toys. I say certainly you can make an exception as this isn't a standard return. Nope. Now other customers are watching as I am being more than helpful & respectful, but she can't answer any questions or do anything to fix it. Another customer interjects and asks for the number for corporate as she's watching in disbelief...Megan says she has no number for anyone but I'm more than welcome to call her friend Nizzi at another store who I heard guiding Megan into "we don't make the prices, the customers can complain all they want". Like mean girls chatting it up. I go outside to call, again respectful of everyone else in the store, and while I'm out there a customer leaves and tells me I shouldn't be so nice to Megan because it was false advertisement and she's now in there talking bad about me to all the other customers. After my phone call with the other location (anyone who will help me since Megan can't and won't care to) I go back in to tell her I thought it was rude to talk bad about me when I've been nothing but respectful..she said "I wasn't talking bad about you, I said difficult customers make my day!". Do not go here until they fix having an incapable little mean girl running this entire store solo. Completely uncalled for & I would never expect to be treated that way anywhere..especially when I don't deserve it because I'm not the nightmare customer she treated me like. Thankfully another manager from another store stepped in & got the district manager to come by & rectify the situation. At this point the discount was so far from the issue. It was how I was treated beyond unfair and then humiliated.

However you cannot purchase the replacement roller or filter if you need too. It's a one time use. I contacted Dreame and they do not have any replacement parts that you can purchase. So you end up spending $175 for a couple months. I have gone round and round with the Dreame customer service and they obviously do not care. Am I mad?!? Very!! I'm contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. Target should look into their products before putting them on the shelves.

Some refuse to assist when asked for help, or if they do, it's as if helping is a major inconvenience to them. They also lock the doors before posted business hours, without any explanation or warning. There is no point in operating a business if you are not going to switch things up on a whim, especially when this is a corporate company. I asked several employees to show me where (a sign, a website , etc.) they have specified that the store closes 5-10 minutes early, and none of them could. One of them refused to speak to me (he actually ran, & gave a snarky response while doing so), even though I was very polite when asking. None of the employees I've encountered over the last few weeks should be working in customer service. If there was another Target nearby, I would frequent that one, but unfortunately, this is it. Hopefully, the people working here will receive the necessary training on how to work with the public, & how to execute proper customer service at all times. I understand wanting to get home, but there is a better way to go about doing things. If the store is going to close early, the hours that are posted should reflect this.
