DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. We hired them to fix a copier back in March, they sent out a technician and quoted us $450 for the diagnosis and $300 for a parts replacement. Then their technician quit, and for months Clear Choice tried to get us to pay a $75 "travel fee" for a technician to come install the $300 part that we already paid for. Months go by and Clear Choice finally contracts with a technician, who came and told us the truth, which is, the part did not need to be replaced. He printed out a report showing that the part only had a 4% usage rate, meaning it had plenty of life left. Clear Choice ended up refunding the money for the part, but then a month later, tried to charge us AGAIN for the initial (fake) diagnosis. Terrible, terrible. They are not local, and they contract with technicians that are not part of their company. Use this company if you want to get fed lies, waste months of time. They are not Better Business Bureau accredited, otherwise I would have reported them there too. read more

Do not recommend. It used a fake address and different name to make it appear like it was a local company. Communication issues and misstatements then became the norm. Tech (non-employee) finally showed up (different individual than the name provided) who was nice but clearly confused by the company and his instructions. Subsequently received a quote from company for prices different than discussed. Then received both a voicemail and email at the same time stating that it confirmed the parts were delivered the previous day for the tech to complete repairs at "today's" appointment (the second time that they said I had an appointment without any prior discussion or scheduling). Here's the kicker. There was no request to complete the repairs, there was no acceptance of the quote (which the girl was supposedly still looking into), there was no delivery of any parts at any time, and no tech showed up for the unknown appointment. This does not appear to be a professionally run organization. Edited to add that the phone calls all came from California with yet another company name, which added another layer of confusion to this scenario. read more

Great experience! I had a copier issue (and had new hire packets to print) and my normal repair company was MIA so I reached out to Clear Choice to see how quick they could assist me. I called on Monday mid day and they had a tech out by the next day and my copier is like brand new (thank goodness)!! They were very thorough in providing the problem along with resolution. Do not waste your time and money with this company! We had to pay almost $700 to get service and a part for out printer that they recommended. They sent out two techs to try to install the part and neither of them got the printer to work. After that they said that we needed to order another part which was going to be another $400 with service, they called to say it was not worth and that they had printer they could sell to us instead. We told them we didn't want to move on and that if we could get a refund for the part at least since obviously we did not have any use for it. They argue with us that they cant because it has been opened (by their tech, which took the part with him) and if the part was able to be refunded we would still need to pay a 20% restocking fee. Costumer service is very rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this company! read more

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. It all sounds good up front however once the contract is signed everything changes. Their service is non-existent. Their customer service rep never comes to the phone. I've had billing problems I've been trying to resolve for 6 months. My advice is to never do business with this company. I would not recommend this company. They charged me $450 to fix a problem and it failed to fix it. Then they wanted to charge me another $650 to replace another part. Sounds like they are just guessing, like throwing darts at a board to see what sticks. Never again! read more

I would not recommend this company. I have a Canon copier and asked to have it serviced and set up my printer and scanner to my computer. They sent out a tech although nice he did not know how to put the toner in the copier nor did he seviced my copier. I found the drivers to the printer and he connected the printer but he did not connect my scanner. The copies I am getting are of very poor quality because he installed the toner wrong. The company sent him out again to fix the problem and again he did nothing. They billed me promptly for $90 telling me the tech had to get payed anyway for coming out and not doing his job. According to them they were giving me a discount. I am very, very unhappy with their service and out of pocket $90 to watch a tech come out and fix nothing. read more
