He said I can't charge you for something that was such an easy fix. I was beyond grateful. BUT, just today I took an elderly, memory impaired lady to pick her computer up. She told him in a nice low keyed voice that he was getting worked up and he was the one being rude. He told her to GET OUT OF MY STORE! She said she has a hard time with memory and he cut her off and said, "I don't want to hear your problems or story of your life. NOW GET OUT. I went to interject as it was clearly getting out of hand and before I got a word out he told me to get out. Both of you leave this store! Then he threatened to call the police. We left but I really wanted him to call the police. Problem was, I was working.
