I called Friday, June 29 and spoke with Taj about a mini detail for my new car. He wasn't able to book an appointment during the call. I requested the following Tuesday, and he was supposed to call back to confirm and book. I called back Monday, July 2 and left a message voicing my disappointment in the lack of communication. I decided at 10:30pm that I wanted to get my car detailed the next morning. The online booking process is extremely simple, and I was able to get an appointment for 8:30am. I needed to get there before they opened, and they were very accommodating in letting me leave the car there for them to work on when they arrived. Speaking with Clarence, I knew I picked the right place. He is extremely passionate and knowledgable about what he does. He even took the time to go over a couple of dents/scratches, to help me determine the best next step. Another thing that really stood out, is that they do not try to "oversell" you. My girlfriend just bought a new car, and I asked what they would recommend for her. She was ready to go for the most expensive package, but they suggested going with the cheaper option. Many places would be more than happy to take your money for the most expensive option, knowing full well you may not need it. I've been in sales and management for quite a while, and one thing I've learned is that you are successful by being honest, caring, responsive and knowledgeable. I've never had my car detailed before. But after 11 years and 2 kids (who go to school on a ranch), I thought I would try Clear Auto Spa given the 5 star reviews. I went in for a "mini detail" and my car came out unrecognizable! It looked almost new. I was sick of paying $20+ at car washes where your car comes out marginally cleaner than when you went in. They take pride in their work and they even vacuumed off the lint on my child's car seat. Wow! I happen to work in the building where the Clear Auto Spa is located. After watching cars come out of Clear Auto Spa looking brand new everyday after work, I finally decided to see for myself what all the hype was about. Using their website, I decided on the Stage 1 Detail to start. SCHEDULING: I scheduled an appointment online, and I noticed not only are there many convenient appointment times, but you can also choose who works on the car (it just made it all feel more personalized). Scheduling was easy, and the prices were reasonable considering how long the appointments are. THE WASH: When I stopped by after work to pick up my car, it looked cleaner then the day I first drove it off the lot! You can tell that they take pride in not only the quality of their work, but also in the quality of their products. CUSTOMER SERVICE: This is what really puts them above the rest. Although I was already thoroughly impressed, I actually watched him do a final inspection of my car and ask if I had a minute to fix a spot he missed (note that his vision must be amazing, because I didn't even see it and would've left blissfully ignorant). I of course let him touch up the spot and was amazed at the attention to detail. I see (and talk to) the guys at Clear Auto Spa almost every week, and not once have I felt like they've tried to force my business or up-sell me. My car looks really shiny and nice. I love how the Ceramic coating has deterred some things like bird droppings from sticking to the surface. I took my Mercedes to get washed last year. The manager Edgar recommended that I get an upgrade detail to get the fine scratches out, then put a clear coat type of sealer on it. I was hesitant but did it anyway. Wow, did my car look great! Looked showroom new. I now take my car to get washed monthly. I even took my hubby's Lexus for detail and he was really impressed. Everyone there does a really good job and returns your car looking as good as the day you bought it. I had my 370z detailed, and ceramic coated. They spent a lot of time on it and made sure I got it back looking perfect.
