I booked Clean Panda to clean a 3 story townhome. This was my mistake as I had to book last minute (the day before) and they were the only company that could show up the next morning. I gave them a couple specific areas to pay attention to, but ultimately expected a full clean of the house, as I had booked. They took care of the areas I asked but completely skipped a lot of other areas such as wiping the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, skipping the bathtubs and underneath the sinks entirely, leaving streaks on the appliances. There was still hair and dust on the bathroom counters and tubs from the previous owner of the townhome!! I only gave one star because the cleaners showed up on time and were very nice. I paid less for my move out clean from my previous home and got way better service. read more

Scheduled an appointment online. They no call no showed to the appointment. I called left message, got a call back from a number in California saying they couldn't make it today (this is 30 mins after appointment and I had taken off work early). Offered nothing, no discounts or anything just a bunch of apologies. Good Luck to you. *Edit Manager called back this time from Houston to offer discount on house cleaning, had a different story then the first person that called me back. I hired them to clean my house before a party I was hosting and the proved to have an outstanding home cleaning services in the Houston area. After hiring them for the cleaning service I asked them to give me a discount because I was going to hire them to mow my lawn and they did. After seeing how easy and convenient they are, I decided to keep my service on a bi-weekly basis with them and get their 10% discount on the price. I am so thankful that I called this company, they performed a miracle with an incredibly disgusting deep clean of our rental property! The previous tenants left the property in such a state that we thought it was going to be impossible to ever get the place clean and rentable. Clean Panda did an unbelievable clean and kept me informed the entire time they were at the property. They were so incredible that when my contractor walked in he immediately called me with"wow, this is not the same place" and then requested Clean Panda's information!!! I do not recommend hiring this company. We ordered an "after construction/remodel" clean ($500 based on category & square footage) and scheduled the appointment for Friday. Two people (Linda & Ignatius) arrived and told me they were there to do a "deep clean" on our 3 bedroom 3 bath home in a 3 to 5 hour period. I told them we had scheduled & paid for the "after construction/remodel" cleaning and Linda assured me they could do it. I confirmed with the crew the size of the house and we did a "walk-thru" to show them what needed to be done. There was no big heavy trash to move out or sheet rock or wood scraps. She confirmed that cleaning the windows and oiling the wood cabinets were included. Linda remarked at how clean the house already was. After 3 hours of cleaning, we stopped them due to the extremely poor quality that they were doing. Only half the house had been worked on. No dusting had been done anywhere yet. The kitchen, two bedrooms, 3rd bath & dining room hadn't been touched. The floors, glass & windows that they cleaned were streaked and dirty. My shiny tile floors are now dull and murky. The sinks & toilets weren't clean. Trash cans weren't emptied. And the house reeked of pine sol even after I requested they dilute it more due to the smell. Linda had many excuses. They didn't even bring a vacuum cleaner! They were using a dust mop and Swiffer style damp mop. I've had cleaning staff in my homes many times before and this crew was unable or unwilling to perform the construction clean that we ordered. I believe my house is dirtier now, than when this crew started. Clean Panda is nearly impossible to get in touch with. We spoke to the supervisor; Betty, while the crew was still here on Friday and Betty told us she would personally come the following day (Saturday) with a different cleaning crew and take care of our job. Saturday; no one came and no one called us. We called and left messages on every phone number for Betty & Clean Panda that we could find. We had a "chat" online & that person said they would call the office & have someone call us. No one called. On Monday, we called and left another message at the office and then on Betty's cell phone. We called again an hour later and were told they'd check into it. Several hours later, Betty called to say they wouldn't charge us and that if we want them to come back we would have to do another online order. I don't think so! They did charge our credit card so now we have that to dispute. read more

We moved to a new house and had to get the old place cleaned. We used their services for this yesterday and were blown away by Becky's work. I was not there the whole time and they made everything look great - including windows, fridge, oven, garage. I was not able to be there when they arrived, so imagine my surprise when I walked into the apartment and everything was literally sparkling, they got out stains that I thought would never come up.
