I was drawn to this company because of the Eco friendly products that they use and it's pet and child friendly. I called on a Saturday and set up appointment for Monday. No problems. Will was very informative and answered my questions about the products and method they use. They gave me a range of 3-4pm. They give a courtesy call when they are 30 minutes away and arrived at 3:40. I told them that my dog was in training and I gave them certain instructions like meeting my dogs outside, giving no eye contact to my dog, etc... and they were understanding of it. Lol. Anyway, it took about an hour to do and an hour and a half to dry. I even asked to see the water and it was hella dirty.. it was black.. So gross, lol. It also picked up all the dog hair! I waited a week to write this review cuz I wanted to see if the treatments they used for the urine would work. And I guess it did. The couch feels clean, smells clean, and i don't smell any urine. I don't think any of my dogs smell it either, cuz they haven't tried to pee in that same spot. Overall, I'm satisfied. I would call and use them again. They are professional on the phone and with their work. If you ever have pet stains, give them a call. I attached a picture of my sectional so you can see the size of it. The pee stain was in the arm rest of the chase. I paid $160 for cleaning all the cushions, and sides. Not the back of the couch or ottoman. If I wanted to do the ottoman, then they were gonna charge me $20. My main concern was the sectional that's why I decided no to ottoman.

We recently moved to a new home and the carpet needed some cleaning. I was at work while they were cleaning, so I couldn't closely monitor what they were doing. After I got off work, I noticed the carpet looked exactly the same as before they came. There were a bunch of cleaning agent residue left on the carpet as shown in the picture. The stains that I hoped would be removed were still all there. I am very disappointed in their service. Now I need to find another company that will actually clean my carpet rather than making it worst.
